According to the liberal media, it's a total ban on abortion.
Of course these nuances are lost when leftoids and the lamestream media spread their propaganda.
LOSS OF FREEDOM, GET IT?
I mean, you know, in a country that has mass shootings every day and even the fucking police kill 4 people per day ...
In Alabama after that law goes into effect:
If you are raped, get a pregnancy test within a month. If pregnant, you can still legally abort.
If you are a victim of incest, get a pregnancy test within a month. If pregnant, you can still legally abort.
If you are seduced by a charming lad (and do not understand rubbers or other contraception methods), get a pregnancy test within a month. If pregnant, you can still legally abort.
Why do you need more than 8 weeks to determine pregnancy? To provide viable fetal parts? To determine the sex of the fetus?

Do you have a link? The sites I quickly googled all said once the woman finds out she's pregnant abortion is illegal in Alabama, i. e. total ban. Georgia and Missouri have 6/8 weeks. Thx
Your right wing is so extreme you don’t even know that there isn’t even a left wing. What there is are anti fascists, anti corporatists anti propagandists that you want to call communist so you can justify your tyrannical fantasies of being dominant.
Women typically know by 4-5wks if they are paying attention. Yes, it’s not a significant amount of time to sit and ponder, but is it that unreasonable?
As a friend crudely pointed out, “if you’ve been having unprotected sex, whether it be by choice or not, you’ll need to pay close attention to the possibility that you may be pregnant during that first 8wks assuming you think you may not want a baby. Or you can take a short drive across the state line and murder your baby elsewhere”
The further the pregnancy, the more difficult and controversial the act. That’s what Alabama is trying to minimize; the killing of a human being.
While I don’t think it’s completely unreasonable, I tend to think this falls into a similar category as the gun debate. Gun enthusiasts, like abortion enthusiasts, don’t want to give an inch because they know that the inch turns into a foot and the foot eventually turns into a mile, and that mile eventually...
Am I right or am I wrong?
