Nothing gratifies a political or military psychopath to orgasm more than successfully blaming something on somebody else that the psychopaths actually perpetrated covertly. When the idiot populace is enraged to righteous frenzy, then proceed with extreme prejudice and moral justification towards heinous, greedy purpose.
We are all cannon fodder to the ends of the bloodthirsty oligarchs who will throw us into the charnel meat grinders with glee.
