A technology is invented, instantly exploited for fun, and abused for disgusting perversion

How do you think the Internet grew so quickly?

The same kind of people engineering Rin's robots (he'll never be satisfied with just one of those E-Sluts ©.) made it happen.

You can't stop perverts.

And their technologocal advances made the Internet today, a place where you can debate the worlds issues, stream political and cultural events live, and watch midget bestiality porn.
Never watched it but I'm sure it is out there.

That is truly amazing. And, scary.

It's been decades since a photo was reliable proof of something, because everyone understands the whole "photoshop" concept. People also understand video editing, but it's not very convincing unless it's special effects, and "airbrushing" type petty stuff, unless it was done by someone w/ deep resources, like a movie production effects crew.

But now, we enter the era of easily created videos that produce convincing facial expressions and movements, making the possibility of incredibly convincing, short, fake video clips which "prove" someone said something. It may take a long time until the general public comes to grips that videos are no longer convincing, reliable proof. Hell, people still believe amateur photshopped photos as proof of stuff all the time, often not even taking 2 seconds to ponder the possibility that the photo was doctored.

At least it will make cheating on your spouse easier. Just deny the video. Remember that one song by Shaggy, "It wasn't me"?.
