Google must face a class-action lawsuit brought by Republican attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon on behalf of the tech giant’s conservative employees, according to a California court.
Current and former Google employees say in a lawsuit that the company discriminates against non-progressives on the basis of their viewpoint, and against whites, Asians, and males on the basis of sex and race.

Google attempted to have the case dismissed. But a judge in California, where political discrimination is illegal, ruled against the company.

The case will now move to a legal process known as discovery — meaning that Google must provide Dhillon and other attorneys working on the case access to its internal documents.

This is potentially a huge problem for the tech giant, as previous leaks of internal documents and video have repeatedly exposed the company’s extreme political bias.

The case was sparked by the firing of James Damore in 2017 after he wrote an internal memo — subsequently leaked to the press by leftists within the company — calling for more political diversity at the company.

After Damore initiated legal proceedings, other former Google employees joined the class-action lawsuit. Damore has since exited the case and entered arbitration, but the case will still proceed on behalf of the other plaintiffs.

“This ruling is a significant step forward for all California workers, and sends notice to Silicon Valley that discrimination of any kind will not escape legal scrutiny,” said Dhillon in a statement. “It is illegal in California to discriminate against an employee for his or her legally protected characteristics, and we are excited to move forward with discovery into Google’s challenged employment practices that our clients allege discriminate on the basis of political orientation, race, and gender.”

Dhillon, whose lawsuit challenges one of the wealthiest and most powerful technology companies in the world, says her case has been made possible by small contributions from individual donors.

Ha, Political Discrimination in California is illegal, this is great. Libbies probably got this law passed back in the day when companies didn't want to be stuck with dirty Hippies, now that the Left is in charge, it comes back to bite them in the ass. Beautiful.

This could spread like fire in CA.

TrumpingTits says
I didn't now that this was a real thing. Else I could have sued some former employers of mine. "Coming out of the closet" in the Bay Area means admitting to your co-workers that you are conservative, after all.

Well, there's two angles: One that it's political discrimination, the other that it's race AND gender based.

Apparently there are Asians as well as Whites involved.

The Left is already extending their "Unperson of Undeserved Privilege" Categories from Whites to (East) Asians and Jews.

Wow, looks like James Damore may end up being the catalyst that kickstarts some damn serious reform.

I hope he's proud of himself - it must have taken a lot of courage standing up to the violent, oppressive libbie social mafia that's infested some much of silicon valley.

A former California Republican Party leader said someone leaked that 50 Department of Justice subpoenas and warrants are about to be served.

Harmeet Dhillon explained in a Twitter post that some clients were served extremely broad subpoenas or warrants for their phones by DOJ agents.

“Our clients, @america1stwomen, are among those targeted for their peaceful, First-Amendment-protected, speech about 2020 election,” Dhillon declared. “These bullying tactics are designed to target & intimidate Trump supporters.”

The Calif. lawyer appeared Friday on the Fox News program “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to further discuss the issue. She told Carlson that several of her clients reported receiving phone calls from a journalist asking if they had been served yet. Dhillon noted the calls were conducted before the legal demands had been issued by a judge. ...

“It’s really an outrageous abuse by the Department of Justice, Tucker, and it’s illegal for the DOJ to leak this information.”

Her information parallels a Friday tweet by radio talk show host Charlie Kirk announcing news of federal action against a large number of Trump supporters.

“Steve Bannon just broke that at least 35 Trump Allies had their homes raided yesterday by the FBI,” Kirk reported in a Twitter post that has received almost 45,000 likes.

I don't think all, but maybe 1% of the vaxxed will die from it over time, and that's still a huge number.

I think at least ten percent of the vaxxed will die of something directly surrounding the vax, over variable times, with another forty percent suffering various morbidities and illnesses (autoimmune conditions, neuropathies, brain effects, clots, heart attacks etc. etc.)that they would not have had if they had avoided the vax. Of course, things like cancer accelerations will never be counted. That's the walk away part in walk away poisons, where they try to distance cause and effect as much as possible.

The Globalist psychopaths are miffed that the human race is so resilient. If they had something that really worked for democide, but gave themselves and selected elites an absolute antidote, they would have used it already ( is what Clif High says, and I tend to agree). What we have gotten so far are dress rehearsals and trial runs.
