The shooters name sounds half-way hispanic, though hispanics are really whites with a slightly darker shade anyways, not a real race. The victims are all over the map, so what would be the hate motive? Sounds more like a deranged person to me, or maybe some personal hate stuff, layoff or whatever else. Definitely a really really sad event, too much anger in the wrong minds.
