university probably has too many of those judges who are afraid to upset a woman, because they think angry activists will run around screaming at them "metoo, antiwoman, rapeculture" words. Some men are really wimpy and afraid of words.

Probably didn't even go to a judge. We just have kangaroo courts at universities. They don't have to have evidence, trials, witnesses, anything like that. Just accusations and the presumption of guilt.
Even if a guy gets the actual legal system to hear his case, he still has to contend with extremely ugly law professors like Michelle Dauber, who had a good judge (Aaron Persky) removed from his position because he treated Brock Turner fairly.
