They should move their HQs to San Ramon or Pleasanton and be done with that stupid shit.

This used to be a nice strategy, but now even TriValley is being shit-hole-ized from the edges. San Francisco has tried shipping homeless encampments to their water district properties, and TriValley seems to be ground zero for section 8 ghetto-izing. They won't be happy until every place in California, except for the Libby Royalty Redoubts, are feculant, crime ridden shitholes.

SF businesses hiring real cops to protect their employees

...while paying $TRILLION in taxes to fund police...makes perfect sense! WIN-WIN! Cops get paid twice.

I dunno, I've seen exactly 1 homeless outside of BART station there. Or rather the belongings of exactly 1 homeless next to the creek because the homeless himself was promptly kicked out by the Dublin PD the same day he tried to settle there. The belongings were cleared a week or two later because apparently some kind of law or regulation requires a grace period.

In Pleasanton I now regularly sees homeless around the intersections at Bernal. There was a homeless encampment (locally protested) out by Vineyard going toward Livermore, apparently grafted there by SF on water district land. Newer developments are getting their Oakland Section 8 transplants. Just six years ago, none of this stuff was around. It is scaled encroachment. I am sure that areas in San Ramon, Dublin and Blackhawk are safe for a while, but for how long? The previously antiseptic middle class areas of Anaheim in SoCal have succumbed.

The 680 route going south from Pleasanton around Milpitas, I was shocked to see the areas to the west of 680 between the freeway fence and the neighborhood sound walls filled with homeless tents. I can't even find them on Google maps, which shows how recent they are.

Yeah, must be new: I drove through that area about a month ago and didn't see any tents.
