Even if Smollett did lie, it's the Police fault for taking him seriously.

Liberals demand that you give Blacks a break for they know not what they do.

Jussie Smollett’s attorneys claimed that even if the “Empire” actor did lie about his alleged racial attack, the Chicago police are actually to blame for investigating his claim so vigorously.

Yes, you read that right.

The bizarre claim by Smollett’s legal team was made in a court motion filed Wednesday where the city of Chicago is attempting to recoup $130,000 spent in police overtime related to investigating Smollett’s hate crime hoax.

Can you imaging the liberal / progressive howling if the police didn't investigate with full vigor? OMG. Headlines would correctly decry clear proof of racial inequality. It's rich now that people complain the opposite.

Never has a gay man's S&M fantasy gained more traction.

The left loves to reassign blame from it's actual culprit unto some illogical whipping boy. They love to be the arbitrators who decide who is the victim and who is the real criminal in crazy senseless ways that support their agenda.

Did a Juicy Smooliet fan just run through this thread downvoting everyone?
Maybe they were getting "Justice for Juicy"? lol

btw, make sure to watch the video of maxine waters justifying why it was justice for juicy to drop the charges against him. It's just the first minute of the vid: https://assets.infowarsmedia.com/videos/f2e86b32-d40b-48bc-a515-a0c76da2c4ad.mp4
Typical expected reasoning:
"nobody got hurt" (dindu nuffin)
"never commited a crime before" (he was good boy)
"these kinda cases are closed all over the country. this is not unsual." (yes, fake hate crimes are pretty common).
"a lot of attention because of who he is" (hes actually the victim, not the criminal)

He just tried to incite a race war. No biggie.

Does police have a choice? Politicians seem to be bought and paid for by some gay lobby or something, it's fucking weird how they go out of their way to prove allegiance to faggots these days. Very strange phenomena. So of course police has to pretend to believe every jackass even if the story is full bullshit.

Fuck, even in my line of work you can't mention sex/race/etc... of anyone or it could fall under "discrimination", because fucking CA is insane with their "inclusivity" bullshit.

I think Dave Chapelle hit it on the nose, t=nothing added up. The 'details' sounded like some such as Juicys fantasy and not reality. In a similar vein I have always thought the same of "acid is groovy' Jeffrey MacDonald's account of his family's murder. That seemed a lot more like the actions of a Green Beret's fantasy than hippies.

Titania McGrath gets it: “It is absolutely essential that we believe Jussie Smollett. If we don’t, other people who haven’t been attacked might not have the courage to come forward.”
