Just come across a property at this address:

253 Cucamonga Ave, Claremont, CA 91711

This seems like a flipper house. The owner tries to put it on the market two weeks before it is ready. Not sure if this is a common story at north CA but it seems pretty common here around Claremont, Upland, San Dimas, Glendora, and Rancho Cucamonga.

It's expensive holding a house, so it only makes sense to get it out there and listed. Say it's two weeks prior to being finished, it couldn't be that hard to hold off on having people come by for two weeks. At least it gets onto peoples radar. Perhaps you could "customize" something small for someone before it gets done.

Seems reasonable though. You don't want to finish, and then wait for the place to get into realtors hands and/or customers.

What do you mean before it's ready? Are they still replacing a roof or something? First impressions are critical, it's difficult to get someone to come back for a second look if there first impression was bad. They are far better offer waiting to list a property when it's ready then to rush things along.

If you advertise and someone says "Can I come over and see it tomorrow?" and you've got 4 days left?

You say, I'm busy for 4 days, can we schedule it for then? He is done, he has a client on day one, and it's someone who might not have even seen his house.
