Lovely, right off of Monument Blvd. Wonder when we will see these kind of prices pop up on the west side of 680?
The problem is people do not touch short sales... at any price. I barely see any homes scheduled for a trustee sale that actually occurs on schedule. It's worth a shot if you want to try. You will find out in 7 days whether or not you will have to continue waiting.
