Daily Kos Stop Trump :

"Here is what your Democratic Senator(s) can do:

Delay every nomination. For every nomination, even a single U.S. senator can force a 30-hour delay in confirmation by doing something called "denying unanimous consent."

Force a roll call vote on every nomination. Additionally, a single U.S. Senator can require that the Senate conduct a roll call vote on every nomination. This is a process that, in the Senate, can take up to an hour.

There are a LOT of nominations. A new President will make 1,200 executive branch appointments that require Senate approval, plus hundreds of judicial nominations. So practically speaking, a delay for each and every nominee would run the clock and prevent the Senate from passing terrible laws."

While they are blocking everything the Republicans want,
everyone else can,BOYCOTT ALL REPUBLICANS!

And how long do you suppose it would take for the GOP members of the Senate to modify that particular rule of procedure once it was so soundly abused? Seems like it was just yesterday when a Senate Democrat majority was changing the rule about filibustering. In fact, they even have a term for the new situation.

"The nuclear or constitutional option is a parliamentary procedure that allows the U.S. Senate to override a rule or precedent by a simple majority of 51 votes, instead of by a supermajority of 60 votes. ... They immediately put the issue to the full Senate, which decides by majority vote."

So that shit ain't gonna work. Democrats would be far better served to see where hey can work with the republicans to pass laws good for their constituents.

zzyzzx you troll too much.

You apparently don't remember the deliberately ungovernable republicans under Obama, or Rush Limbaugh during Clinton or sooo many other right wingnuts who SO LOUDLY AND PROUDLY obstructed both Obama and Clinton.

Democrats sending out emails to their clientele, instructing them on how to behave like children. Like they don't already know how to do that

how to behave like children.

You mean how to behave like Republicans for years.

Payback is a bitch. Goes around comes around, only this time with good reason. Trump and his oligarchs have got to go. He's not fit for the office.

Trump's getting payback tenfold so you will have plenty to bitch about I guarantee it.
