Clockboy's Dad loses Lottery Ticket

By TwoScoopsMcGee   May 19, 10:31am   230 views   11 comments   watch (1)   quote

Court papers obtained by DailyMail.com reveal on May 18, a judge dismissed the entire case. The lawsuit sought unspecified compensatory and punitive damages along with attorney fees.

The judge wrote: 'Plaintiff does not allege any facts from which this court can reasonably infer that any IISD employee intentionally discriminated against Ahmed Mohamed based on his race or religion.'

Further, he notes that the suit failed to identify any policy, custom, or practice of the City that was allegedly the moving force behind any violation of Ahmed's Fifth Amendment rights.

When the lawsuit was first filed in 2016, the district hit back at the Mohamed family's allegations saying Ahmed deliberately disobeyed his teacher by activating the clock despite her warning.

The judge said the failed to allege any facts from which the court could reasonably conclude that Ahmed was discriminated against based on his race or religion.

Only a chicken shit prick like Obama would have allowed that politicization.

I don't give a shit about the boy's race or what the teacher said or whether or not the boy turned on a clock. A child was wrongfully arrested for a crime he did not even remotely commit. Not questioned. Not interrogated. Not investigated. Arrested. There needs to be legal consequences for wrongful arrest, or the only alternative is armed insurrection. Those who make reform within the system impossible, make revolt necessary.

Allowed?

Best evidence yet you're rooting for an Orwellian-style totalitarian hellscape.

Yes allowed either there's serious domestic policy on school behavior on what is and isn't tolerated or there is only a chicken shit bastards shit stirring the Pot.
That was all Obama did for 8 years.
His policies allowed 1st and 2nd graders to be made examples of and expelled for biting their school lunch food item into a shape a Liberal teacher perceived as a shape of a gun, so She could politicize the threat.
Then to allow them to act so chicken shit crass over Clockmeds briefcase model bomb, and inject race into it.
That's how your leader lead.

We're Red Pilling people, we're the true Red Pill movement not your bullshit movement of guys whacking off and hating women.
And funny you promote such bullshit when you claim you're happily married.

The Bullshit stops now and it stopped on January 20th. We've got a new leader in charge.

Too bad. The school district was looking for an excuse to raise taxes again.

It looked like a bomb, wires all askew. I believe deliberately so by his wicked, nutty dad. He was told to put it away over and over again. He was told not to turn it on but kept pressing the buttons. The way he behaved eventually unsettled one teacher who thought it was a bomb. Clockboy refused to answer questions from either School Admins or later Cops, coached by his Scam Artist Nut Father. Not because of the 4A but because dad WANTED him to be arrested, so he'd have grounds for a lawsuit. Nothing went wrong here.

Basically this is a variation of the God Hates Fags scam.

ROFLOL at the fact your second sentence contradicts your first sentence.

Brilliant. Fine work!

I don't care how much something looks like a bomb before you determine that it is a bomb. You question, not arrest, a person based on your amateurish doubt.

Lashkar_i_Trumpi says

He was told to put it away over and over again.

Irrelevant. If we arrested everyone who didn't follow a teacher's orders, we'd have to arrest any man who dared speak out against SJW nonsense. Do you really want big red being the one terminating who goes to jail without trial?

She told a man over and over again to shut up. He didn't. Now he's in jail.

Lashkar_i_Trumpi says

A person should not be arrested for "triggering" another person. The idea that what goes on in the imagination of one person should result in another person's arrest is the most dangerous aspect of the conservative left.

Every electrical engineering project looks like a bomb with wires all askew. If exposed wires make you think something's a bomb, then you should never be allowed to go anywhere near any electrical engineering student. Nor should your concerns be taken seriously. Bombs have wires does not imply that things with wires are bombs. All electronic devices have wires, even your smart phone, albeit small ones.

Hell, every other science project in elementary school was a potato clock with exposed wires all askew. Would all those students be arrested today for making devices that look like bombs?

It's a bomb!

Again, I'm not even objecting to questioning a person based on cartoon-inspired hysteria of bomb troupes. However, you don't get to arrest a person simply because they are carrying something that looks like a bomb in a roadrunner cartoon. That's not good enough. Nor does arresting the person in any way help public safety. If anything it feeds into ISIS propaganda and makes the public less safe. Either way, you need to call in an expert to determine if it is a bomb.

Lashkar_i_Trumpi says

lockboy refused to answer questions from either School Admins or later Cops,

Smart kid. Any lawyer will tell you to say nothing, especially if you are innocent. Innocent people going to prison for something they said is the norm, not the exception, in our society. There is absolutely nothing an innocent person can say to a cop or an administrator that will convince them not to prosecute him regardless of his guilt.

The same goes for allegations of sexual crimes in college. Say nothing, not even anything in your defense. Just record the whole interrogation and repeat "I want a lawyer now" over and over again.

It's a highly dangerous idea to conclude that a person is guilty because he refuses to answer questions without a lawyer present.

Lashkar_i_Trumpi says

Scam Artist Nut Father

A person should not be arrested for what he father believes or does.

This entire incident is the conservative right's equivalence of the conservative left's war on men. The police who arrested him should be fired for the wrongful arrest. The boy should be compensated from the police retirement fund and from the teacher retirement fund for their role. His college should be paid for, preferably in a good engineering school.
