Things to think about: how to take back America from corporate rulership. Some people have been thinking about this for years now.
I do not claim to be the expert with all the answers but perusing the links below you can tell that others have given the American plight a lot of thought and time.
Ralph Nader wrote some astute observations posted here:
TAKING ON THE CORPORATE GOVERNMENT IN AN AGE OF SURRENDER
Clearly Donald Trump is a pitch-man, his status as wealthy highly questionable, certainly Trump exploits outrage and racial prejudices to advance his rise to power along with his cabinet who are all principal world-class plutocrats. Except for their figurehead Trump, we now will experience direct rule by the plutocracy in the White House. This is certainly a first.
plutocracy, n. 1. government by the wealthy 2. a government or state in which the wealthy rule 3.a group of wealthy people who control or influence a government 4.a controlling class of rich men - plutocrat.
plutocrat, n. 1. a member of a wealthy ruling class; hence, 2. a person whose wealth gives him control or great influence. 3. [Colloq.], any wealthy person.
The situation is never hopeless. Just a few years ago it was a felony in Wisconsin for a corporation to make any political contributions. Such fearful legislation may seem paranoid to you, but there are many wise and concerned Americans who prevailed once upon a time.
Note there are legal underpinnings these corporations rest upon that the people have rights to CONTROL.

And stop using the expression corporate welfare because what corporations really do is subsidy abuse and extortion of our taxes.
Big corporations have thousands of lobbyists. Thousands of them!!! Their job is to make sure taxpayers get NOTHING from paying taxes except to add to corporate bottom lines.
Start focusing on powerful these white collar criminals and corporate crime or get used to being poorer every year and blaming your fellow man in need.
