You mean believe that monopoly, oligarchy and aristocracy is bad ?
Because truth really does matter. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat your fantasies about how the world works, the real truth is still there. I agree that attitude and beliefs are very important. But they should incorporate the truth when possible, and certainly not deny the truth, based on some "think and grow rich" nonsense.

A return to aristocratic ideals is welcomed.

That's total bullshit. It may indeed sometimes be true, but to believe that it always is ? You can only be a pathetic little troll.
Would Hitler, Pol Pot, and Idi Amin all be examples of selfish forces doing good in the world ? Does the fact that they were defeated, eventually mean that it's good that they came to power ? SOme kind of necessary evil ? I guess even genicide needs to be viewed in a positive light sometimes ?

I agree that attitude and beliefs are very important. But they should incorporate the truth when possible, and certainly not deny the truth, based on some "think and grow rich" nonsense.
Some consider mathematics a truth. It is truly true. However, I see mathematics as a way to explore a tautology too big for us to comprehend at a glance.
Everything else is a matter of sensory perception. Here, being fuzzy has its advantages.

I think it is an important group dynamic in that people get stuck in traumatic experiences. They get confused so they look for something stable. Which was Hitler. Who could blame them WWl then hyper inflation their saving destroyed.
Similarly after Pearl Harbor people rallied around FDR, after 9/11 they rallied around Bush.

They don't matter. If there were worth a damn, they would have been removed from the fighting, living in Palm Beach, reading the papers about it. Since they were dumb and largely poor, they deserved death.

Poverty exists because of bad values. It is that simple. The majority of poor people think wealth is a sin. It is not surprising their moral high ground is a swamp.
It is all too human to find comfort in blame. As a result, the goal to lift oneself out of poverty is entirely forgotten. On the other hand, winners do not waste time with excuses.
