Didn't see one started. I'm delayed by 40 minutes. Going to try and watch the whole thing.

First 30 minutes..... deer in the headlights is what I see. I'll expand later and see where this goes having an open and independent mind.

Breaking my own rules about posting on my own OP, but this is semi-live, so just shooting out my opinion.

This is a great history lesson on how impeachment was added to the constitution. Great stuff...

Now here to mansplain Impeachment, and to give their biased opinion that Trump is a meanie doody head.
Liberal Donor Left wing Professors.
All three of those Hacks, have written papers on why Trump should be impeached. For everything from an extra scoop of ice creme to
3   Ceffer   2019 Dec 4, 10:42am

Trump should be impeached for drinking diet soda from cans alone!

LibbyFuck Twat-i-mony will prove this!
4   RC2006   2019 Dec 4, 10:51am

Sorry Liberals Trump being or thinking he is an obtuse asshole isn't enough, time to give it a rest and try to beat him in the polls with whatever loser you can muster.

This has become a constitutional debate on impeachment. Is this even a fucking impeachment inquiry??? WTF.

Still behind time wise. Catching up. I have notes and comments coming.

Opening note: My quotes may not be exact. Was writing while listening, but they'll be close to the original words.

Nadler's opening: This bloviating about Ukraine being an ally is a joke. Page 2 (after the table of contents) - https://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10137.pdf Some ally they are Nadler. Give them aid, but a US citizen, don't expect your SS check if you move there. Seems like our diplomacy to Ukraine has been in limbo. No reason to question a new regime. None. Muh.... Russia!!! Oh wait, we sent Ukraine defense aid.... hypocrisy knows no bounds I guess.

Collins' opening: Calm down bro. Yelling doesn't help get the message across no matter how upset you are. He'd do much better to chill out.

Addressing the roll calls: Obvious the Republicans are doing this to create future TV and campaign material for 2020. The Democrats have been trapped and it will be interesting to see how this plays out if any of these house members are in swing districts. The Dems frankly looked weak and scared during their first few roll call votes.

Noah Feldman opening: A walking penis if I've ever seen one. This guy seems like a paid actor, but he teaches law at Harvard??? For fucks sake. And I'm going to cut this off before it gets brought up. 3 of the 4 witnesses are clearly Dem plants. 24 vs. 17 of the committee members are Dems. This isn't a talking point. It's what I physically viewed this morning/afternoon.

Feldman started by accusing Trump of "corruptly abusing" the election "process" with no evidence. Glad he made the "process" distinction and made it known we're not actually electing the POTUS right now. Just his feels and all. We then went onto a history lesson, which many more are to come, because for some reason that is evidence of a "high" crime that Trump committed.

Pam Kaplan opening: I think I'm going to dedicate another comment for this. Shrill is the first adjective that comes to mind. Obviously biased would be next, though we knew this going in. I'm going to get back to this bitch later.

Mike Gerhardt opening: Hurt puppy personality. Consistently defaults to the crazy person to his right. Got more history lessons. Thanks. He's also a UNC law professor. This the best the Dems could come up with? Obviously coached. Brings up the L. Graham comments with regards to Clinton. What does that have to do with the Trump impeachment with YOU being a witness???

John Turley opening: Conclude your opening statement 4 more times. Not sure what that was about. Besides Gerhardt, seemed at least level headed and non-emotional versus Kaplan and Feldman. And here is our Republican "plant" so to speak.

I'll stop here for now. So far the joke continues. Watch it. Don't skip anything. Don't listen to sound bites or any network. You'll see the joke that this is.
7   WookieMan   2019 Dec 4, 12:02pm

Pam Kaplan: "Trump can't name Barron a Barron" WTF??? What does Trump's school aged kid have to do with this?? She's lost all credibility in my book, although there wasn't much there. Jesus. It really is a sickness.
8   Ceffer   2019 Dec 4, 12:07pm

Don't they teach 'Selective And Abusive Enforcement Of The Law Apparatus For Political Purposes 101' at their law schools?
10   WookieMan   2019 Dec 4, 2:28pm

Pam Karlan is certifiable. Jesus. Might need its own thread. "Only kings say 'us' when they mean me" That's what she got out of the favor question Trump asked of Ukraine. Her interpretation. Opinion. This is fucking crazy. She's stating this as fact as a 3rd or 4th down the line person. A legal fucking "scholar" doesn't know this is all bull shit?

You need to see this woman's body language when she says stuff like this in context. She's awful. I appreciate listening to it, but it needs to be watched. The feed and no pundits or soundbite piped in. Or scroll at the bottom of the screen. This is a joke.
11   WookieMan   2019 Dec 4, 2:39pm

Gaetz calling out Karlan on the Baron comment. For the win. Partisan hack. By default anything she says should be disqualified immediately.

(Note, I'm on delay and honestly not watching clips or outside sources. This woman should be removed immediately as a "witness" if Democrats have a brain....)
12   RC2006   2019 Dec 4, 2:56pm

You can hear in her voice and mannerisms she is triggered lift wing elitist that can't contain her crazy.
13   mell   2019 Dec 4, 3:05pm

Karlan is ye old typical bitter leftoid Harridan who aborts with her face - not a iota of feminine softness left in it.
14   mell   2019 Dec 4, 3:09pm

The whole hearing is bogus - now they focus on the "pattern". You can have a pattern of almost not stopping at a stop sign as long as you want, doesn't make it an offense. Either there was an impeachable crime or not, So far the Demonrats have produced nothing. This will not end well for their electability. The people are Fed up with this sham.
15   RC2006   2019 Dec 4, 3:35pm

Dems lap it all up like always but they are pissing of independents that decide the election.
16   RC2006   2019 Dec 4, 3:37pm

All they had to do was get a ok candidate to beat Trump, forget it now with all of this weak ass partisan bullshit.
17   WookieMan   2019 Dec 9, 7:18am

Schiff not there. Vagina. Barry Burke is somewhat compelling. The problem is it's all sworn testimony from people that weren't involved in actual conversations with the POTUS. Blame obstruction all you want. That's lazy.

Collins bringing up the economy was a good idea. Nadler looks like a moron.

Burke is now using clips from media, that Trump is not under oath for and acting like this is evidence. This is simple law. It's not as complicated as people make it. This is a joke.
