Here's the thing ... Hatha Yoga combined with a Chinese Qigong or Tai Chi practice is probably one of the best ways for a person to get healthy and stay that way.
What Qigong is, is a safe Chinese version of Kundalini Yoga which doesn't involve heavy breathing and the potential to damage oneself, esp if practiced according to the instruction.
So in effect, an aspect of ancient Indian (Bharti) practice is still very relevant today, even if its goal is not to connect with spirit guides.

Farmer What's the difference between bharti n hindu culture ? You have to understand that though they may be categorized as hindu, all states speak different language, have different God/ goddesses, cloths, etc. You have to travel n see that even with differences, they all live similarly.
