I think this is a very good message. Draw your adversary in because they are in the same boat we all are.
I think most people want to do the right thing, they just don't know what that is, and when they see it, they recognize it's dangerous for them to do the right thing.
We're all in this together! But let's not have the top down approach of what we are in. These police have families and kids that are dealing with the same top down approach. We have to flatten that. Most people want to do the right thing. Short term versus long term gain. It's a long term gain to refuse these orders, but short term gain to obey them.

I have myself have repeatedly had people yell "I hope you die" at me when I was holding up a sign that merely says "My body, my choice, no mandates". What's really amazing is that they cannot see their own fascism at all, no matter how obvious. Definitely the stuff of genocide growing again right now.

A surgical mask under your favorite designer mask is the latest fashion. Even though the size of the holes in the masks against the virus size are comparable to mosquitos and a chain-link fence they somehow think the combo, especially the plasticized surgical mask, will prevent the spread of covid.
