I’m presently doing what Ceffer mentioned; Sildenafil may lower blood pressure to counteract the effects.
Swimming and snorkeling are what I like to do; they’re low impact and good for burning calories too.

LA native. The "Miracle Mile" is a section of Wilshire Boulevard that was the first "downtown shopping district" purpose-built for automobile rather than pedestrian shopping traffic. It was a dirt road through farm fields when developed in the late 30s, but is now smack in the middle of the fully built-out LA urban sprawl.

There are lots of abandoned railroad rights-of-way that have been reworked by local cities into very nice greenways with beautiful landscaping and walk/jog/bike paths. Only problem is gaggles of Karens who like to spread wide across pedestrian and bike lanes alike and not yield.

A soccer player runs constantly across the whole field, breaks are very few only during free, goal and corner kicks. Hence not many immediate cardiac breakdowns for NFL players unlike for soccer players, but the damage is done.

And thus, you'll need to take all of the Rin protocol, which includes Quercetin Phytosome, Allisure Allicin, Turmeric w/ Bioperine, White Willow Bark/Aspirin, etc, etc to eventually get back to good.
So for exercise, like anyone recovering from let's say cardiac arrest, going back to the gym, hitting the weights and running the 'miracle mile' (I don't live in LA so I have no idea what that expression means) probably isn't the best idea. Instead, an exercise which encourages muscular movement, flexibility but keeps the heart rate not too far from its resting state is the best.

The above is a 7 min daily routine which I believe, just about anyone could do. And then, as one's condition improves, find more complex sets on the web to perform. All and all, never push for more than one's 50% limit & forget about 'No Pain, No Gain', until you can do a regular workout w/o a racing heart. Yes, it may take a whole year if not more.
