He has to see some jail time if I'm a judge deciding this. Jussie is still delusional and lying after a jury said he staged it.

Fact is even if it were true, are you not innocent until proven guilty anyway? Once you have the criminals in custody and prove guilt, then you can comment on how horrible it was because you then know it's true or have more details.
Never trust anyone unless you personally know them. And definitely don't put your opinion out there about a situation you know nothing about where information is coming from one individual. It's an I said story which is dangerous story to comment on. A victim with no witnesses can never be trusted.
