And you know this how? You usually pick out one "fact" and then say "see! putler madman always lying!" You can do this with every politician of the world. Some lie more than others, but most lie all the time. But that doesn't mean you don't have to negotiate with them, by your logic we should have tried to nuke NK, Chyna, and a whole lotta other countries a long time ago. But we just recently lost a decades long war against goat herders. So maybe it's time to reflect upon what's best for the American people and the people of the Western works in general - not their politicians and globohomolists - and go with some serious diplomacy for once, hammer out a deal - remember the art of the deal? - and improve economic prosperity for the common man, instead of causing many more deaths, famine, inflation and shortages.
