Lets say that you run for PUSA and actually win. Then spend four years in literal hand to hand combat with an opposing party and then all of the sudden a crazy fear sweeps the nation resulting in a whole new way to vote that is full of holes and looks like rampant fraud took place. An election so inconceivable that it does not look legit. At what point should that PUSA actually not cede the Presidency? Or in all cases should he step down?

Should be able to walk up stairs. Be able to read one paragraph without error. Know that they are POTUS 100% of the time. Know where they are, be able to exit location independently. Not be afraid of getting in trouble when going off script.
