Tim Pool had an interesting super chat yesterday. I hadn’t heard this one before:

Is it moral to create a bomb and put it in a time capsule that will be opened in 100 years by some unsuspecting person that hasn’t been born yet and kill them?

Obviously this is wrong. But why is it wrong to do this when abortion is okay because you are only killing someone who hasn’t been born yet?

I think they would be right if they did that.

The Tenth Amendment is very clear.

won't happen.

I'm sure it won't, but it should, according to the Constitution.

Department of Education, too.

According to the constitution, the availability of heroin and opium is a state's rights issue. The Department of Education isn't constitutional. Road construction is exclusively a state's right issue. They have no say in gay marriage. Interception of digital communication is illegal. Immigration isn't a federal issue either, for that matter, unless it's an invasion.

The Federal government doesn't follow the law at all.
