They also get into shitty annuities/401ks or cds because they (often rightly) don't trust themselves with full control over all their money. This inertia will often keep them earning less than inflation over the years. And keep paying the fees you mentioned. That being said, advanced money strategies with full control take initial research and experience, so we're again at putting the necessary time in vs partying

Women believe in feelings over facts.
They say they are fact based and no doubt believe they are but for the most part it's all about feelings.
I say this for about two thirds of women, the other third are very competent indeed.
I look at covid and the current Karen meme and I've opened my mind to the possibility that women have not been oppressed throughout the ages rather they have been protected from themselves.
The current trend in western society where we have to kowtow to every progressive liberal agenda like the LGBTQ+ agenda, forcing it to be the norm rather than just tolerating it alongside the norm will, I believe, contribute (alongside the economic collapse) to the collapse of Western Civilisation.

I've noticed this too - that women seem to get suckered into bad investments more often than men. I think a big part of it is that women are accustomed to saying yes to men, and not being assertive or self confident, so they just go along with whatever High Pressure Smiling Sales Man says, as they dare not create any unfriendly friction by saying no, which would make them bitchy / not nice etc... Especially when a man pressures them, they cave so easily. There's plenty of men too who fall prey to sales pressure too, but not as many nor to the degree of most women.
