Ron DeSantis Says He Plans to Hold Pfizer and Moderna Accountable For Making False Claims About Their Shots

At a private event over the weekend, Governor Ron DeSantis said that his administration intends to hold vaccine manufacturers accountable for making false claims about COVID products that have caused injuries and death.

The governor said he would be working with Florida Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo “to hold these manufacturers accountable for this mRNA [shot] because they said there were no side effects and we know that there have been a lot.”

DeSantis made the comments at a Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) event on Saturday at the Florida Governors Mansion. American Greatness reached out to both the RPOF, and the governor’s communications team for comment but did not receive an immediate reply.

“We did a study in Florida and we saw an 86 percent increase in cardiac related activity in people ages 18 to 39 from mRNA shots and so we’re going to be doing some stuff to bring accountability there,” DeSantis told the RPOF Executive Committee members at the event. In the United States, the mRNA products are produced by Pfizer and Moderna.

For the past year, Equity Investment Executive and former Black Rock manager Ed Dowd has been compiling evidence from the insurance industry, funeral home industry, and government databases showing that excessive deaths among working-age Americans substantially increased in 2021 over 2020. In his new book, “Cause unknown,” Dowd demonstrates that non-COVID deaths among people aged 18 to 64 have exploded.

During a recent appearance on “Ask Dr. Drew,” Dowd argued that the employed population in the United States (98 to 100 million people) is experiencing about a 25 percent increase in disabilities compared to the general population.

“Something is going on with our workforce,” Down said, lamenting that the corporate media refuses to address what looks like a “huge problem.”

DeSantis signed legislation in November of 2021 banning vaccine mandates in schools and businesses to protect employees who didn’t want to take the experimental shots.

“We wouldn’t let them mandate on you in Florida,” DeSantis said, pointing out that unfortunately, most states did not protect workers from vaccine mandates, so many Americans who were forced to take the experimental injections suffered debilitating injuries.

“And then what? They’re not allowed to sue or get any sort of recourse when this was something they wanted to do? So this is something that we’re going to lead on in Florida,” DeSantis said.

“We’ve always gotten ahead of these things and we’re going to continue to do that going forward,” he added.

DeSantis told the Florida Republicans there would be some official announcements in the coming weeks on his plan to hold the vaccine companies accountable.

You're being played a shitliad of Hopium.

This is DeSantis going after Trump w/o directly attacking him. Trump was the Vaxx Dude in the GOP, remember?

Pretty much this. Even IF they directly sued nothing would come of it anyway. Attorneys would just get money and ride off into the sunset. No one will ever be held accountable for what some of us know to be true. And even if everyone knew it to be true, still nothing would come of it. It's a game we cannot win unfortunately. It's just one of many games.

The key is to not participate. Don't consume any kind of media. Just ignore it. Mandates are just veiled threats that they generally won't/can't go through with. I didn't wear a mask except for airplanes (not airports). I pretended to be deaf at times. No one actually has authority to enforce this shit. I know most of it is gone now, but they never did in the past though.

There are two good reasons to be optimistic:

1. The criminal "PREP Act" which gives the mafia Pfizer immunity can be negated if fraud is shown. And just about everything Pfizer has done has been fraudulent.

2. There is a LOT of money at stake, tempting legions of lawyers. In this case, greed really is good.

Ron will not be governor long enough to see this through. He will be on the campaign trail for GOP Pres. Candidate Numero Uno

At work I was walking by the lobby TV the other day and spotted an ad for the Abbott Binax COVID-19 test. It’s EUA, not approved. How are they even allowed to advertise? I checked their website for the product:

https://www.abbott.com/corpnewsroom/diagnostics-testing/BinaxNOW-what-you-need-to-know.html

Read it carefully and see that absolutely no claims are being made about what this thing detects!

In fact there’s a disclaimer at the bottom saying it hasn’t been approved or even “cleared” by the FDA.

The information’s out there. Both the tests and the treatments are 100% unproven by admission of the manufacturer. I’m sure you’re going to see the same appropriately hedged non-claims coming from all Pfizer and Moderna publications and statements.

I’m going to keep hammering this. The drug companies and federal agencies have good lawyers and they are all obeying the letter of the law. The provable illegality only comes in when other organizations force the unproven stuff on people. Like it or not it’s the non profit organizations like local governments, universities and youth program providers that will have to be sued for civil rights violations. All vaccine requirements are violations of the ADA, discriminating on the absolutely harmless perceived “disability” of having a vaccine-unmodified immune system. If successful, such cases will deal a fatal blow to the big guys by destroying their captive market.

Not only them. The US military, tons of hospitals, the US government forcing the death jab on foreigners just to enter the US, etc. Still happening right now.

I suspect they are not even obeying the letter of the law, because they are so confident that their corruption has permeated all levels of the legal systerm.

@Patrick I had to look that one up. Yes, there is an advertisement for COMIRNATY targeting 12 to 15 year olds. I wonder if it actually aired on TV?

https://www.ispot.tv/ad/bvQf/comirnaty-hard-on-everyone

But contrary to what Sharyl said in her tweet, (at least some) side effects and contraindications are disclosed. I wonder which advertisement she was referring to?

Does this advertisement break the law?

I still maintain that it will be hard if not impossible to prove in a court of law that any of the drug companies broke the law. It will be much easier to prove that the lower-level drug pushers did, so they, if anyone, will take the fall. That’s the way things were set up.

Good point, I don't actually know which ad and didn't see it myself.

What I'd really love to see is hard proof that Pfizer commissioned Pfauci to create the virus in Wuhan in order to profit from vaxx sales, but they probably aren't stupid enough to leave any evidence of it.

This seems to be an example of side effects not being disclosed in an advertisement for the death jab:

I didn't see it on TV because I never watch TV, but it's 30 seconds so I think that's probably the whole thing.

long time readers will know of my past predictions on the pfizer phuture of governments turning upon the big pharma co’s that pushed the covid vaccines and declaring fraud in order to use “we wuz lied to!” as the low energy climbdown out of the eye of public rage that will land upon them should anyone ever figure out what a full blown disaster this has been.

the movement appears to be starting in earnest. first a drop, then a trickle, until one day it’s a dam burst and a torrent.

well, here comes the rain.

The Florida "grand jury will be allowed to investigate groups involved in the design, development, clinical testing, marketing, and distribution of [#COVID19] vaccines." - @LydiaNusbaum for @FLVoiceNews

as astonishing as it may sound after the last 3 years, it is still, in fact, illegal to sell and market products (especially drugs) based on false claims. even in america, phraud is still a phelony. (it also pierces the EUA liability waiver)

Florida’s Voice
@FLVoiceNews
Gov. Ron DeSantis on plan to investigate potential mRNA COVID-19 vaccine wrongdoing: "It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you're talking about the efficacy of a drug." ...

the european commission has been trying to get pfizer CEO albert bourla in to have a few words about the deeply unusual manner in which the EU contracts were signed and EC president ursula von der lyin’ (that was probably a typo or something) sure seems to have lost all her records on the matter. ...

pfizer and moderna may not be quite running out of friends yet, but they certainly seem to have no shortage of new inquisitors who are starting to take far more than passing interests in the l’affaires covidienne.

this is how the tail gets caught in the ringer and the rest of the beast inexorably follows.

once the questions start in earnest and from all sides, the game can really change…

I hope. But given the spectacular, intergalactic levels of corruption from governments pushing this dreck, that hope may be misplaced.

At least greed might motivate certain people to go after pfraudulent Pfizer.

Wonderful if this is truly enforced. Only if enforced.
18   Patrick   2023 Jan 21, 3:25pm

Someone pointed me to this, showing that DeSantis was a big pusher of the death jab at first:

https://healthimpactnews.com/2023/florida-governor-desantis-on-covid-vaccines-savior-or-murderer-19000-increase-in-senior-deaths-after-covid-shots/

Maybe he didn't know they were as horrible as they are, but still, I think he should have been a lot more cautious about pushing something with no safety data.

Morning Consult just conducted a very high quality poll of Republican voters to get their views on the 2024 presidential primary.

In a race with lots of candidates, Trump beats DeSantis by 17 points. Basically the race is Trump vs. “Not Trump”. “Not Trump” is the majority of the party. But if the “Not Trump” vote is split between a bunch of candidates, Trump wins a plurality, as he did in 2016.

In an earlier poll of 6,000 registered voters, Morning Consult shows that DeSantis beats Biden in a general election while Trump would lose. Republicans who care about electability should back DeSantis.

Astonishingly, 9% of Republican voters polled have never heard of DeSantis.

We can provide value to the DeSantis campaign by talking him up with friends and neighbors.
20   Shaman   2023 Jan 21, 6:02pm

We have two jabbed candidates for POTUS 2024. Call me crazy, but I think we need an UNjabbed candidate as well; just in case the toxxine works a bit faster than expected. I nominate Rand Paul as my first choice for Republican presidential candidate.
21   Patrick   2023 Jan 21, 6:23pm

Wow, is Rand Paul unjabbed? If so, I'm proud of him.
