This article got me thinking, in 2018 the elite were calling for an updated system, "Warning" that the system was antiquated. In 2018 several websites that tracked every flight ever mentioned in the news. They knew what planes the elites were on, and how often they flew, and could track every military flight and would report on suspicious activity on those websites. Also down jets that were taken down on suspicious circumstances, like downed Jets over Ukraine they tried to blame Russia for, and the Malaysia airline disaster over the ocean. All of which the news had one narrative, until the internet sleuths started running their mouths.
I bet the system they use to replace the NOTAM will be an obscure closed system, that requires special clearance to access.
