My current thought is that this tranny was recruited by an activist org who radicalized her and sent her like a suicide drone against that school. Her text messages clearly indicate that she didn’t intend or expect to survive this and that she wanted to die. They also imply that she had an extreme level of commitment to this course of action, which usually comes from the expectations of others pushing her along.

They aren't. Pant cuffs further up on downed body, lower when the shooter was standing up. The leg is bent (and at quite a severe angle) on the downed body, that would explain why the pant cuff is further up and obscuring the sneaker less.

Not really, there's lots of different types of sneakers.

Last June, I needed a new pair of sneakers, so I went over to Dick's Sporting goods, and every freaking shoe was some fruity color, I couldn't find something that was just grey/white or black/white - well it was gay pride month. They do this shit just for a MONTH to sell sneakers that I think over 1/2 of the population would never buy.

I don't know but, I am very distrustful of "officials". I do know that there is a segment of the population and the government that would love nothing more than to take the guns. The quality of the surveillance video I could find was kind of low. The cameras might be lower than 720p in resolution. I also know something about image encoding, it's FAR more important to get brightness levels right, than color. I can see the color being dropped by the camera if the color change is subtle at certain angles.

You have to start out checking people to see if they are "mostly right". You can do this quickly by looking at old articles or old interviews or whatever, and see what they were saying 5 years ago was accurate.

I also have a rule of thumb here: It is better let a lie go unnoticed, than to falsely condemn the truth. You don't need to catch EVERY lie, but you should never defend a lie as truth that CERTAINLY is a lie. You don't have to catch the government in every crime either.

Notice that the black and white shoe, the white strip is not as white as the sole of the shoe. In the "flaming shoe", the white strip is whiter than the sole of the shoe. Also notice where the strip ends. On the black shoe, before the end of the shoe laces, and on the flaming shoe, right at the end of the shoe laces. Go look at all the pictures that are stills of the video again with this in mind. Notice you never see color above the white stripe in the flaming shoe ever. Even in my video. It always appears black over the strip.

Indeed, in the bodycam footage when police enter the room where Hale was shot, the shoes at first appear colorless, only for the flame to appear as the camera is pointed toward the shoe, as the camera lens focuses, providing more light into the frame.
Even without this data, the "Vans Off The Wall" logo that appears on the rear of its shoes, a branding kitemark, can be seen in the CCTV footage as well.
Therefore, the claim that the shoes changed during the incident is based on misinformed conclusions based on the quality of the footage captured at the school.
