I would not be surprised if agent provocateurs from AntiFa and Bend the Arc show up and cause false flag rioting in New York City.

I can see Soros funding Bend the Arc to stage false flag riots and crimes in order to move public sentiment further against Trump's supporters and also to further gaslight or jade any few lasting remnants of a fair jury pool within the New York City metro area.

His lawyers should file a motion for change of venue. Seems like an obvious move.

Who cannot now see that Jan 6th was a sham, now that some of the footage has been released which shows Jacob Chansley being given a fucking tour of the Capitol by Capitol Police? He spent years in prison for that tour. The judge who convicted him should himself go to jail for such blatant railroading of an innocent man for political reasons.

Haha, he will be promoted. You know that.

Yes. This isn't left or right. Trump was a member of the DNC until 2000. The ONLY reason he switched to the RNC is he knew he'd have an easy time winning there.

This isn't about him being a Republican, it's because he showed the nation what is really going on. He demonstrates our "news" is propaganda, that our DOJ is corrupt, that our intelligence agencies are criminal, that both parties don't do shit for the nation, and that our military is always working to start a new war.

I don't blame her for buying votes, but for my community it was a good move to help us. So I voted for her. Again, totally biased as it helps my property values.

If you expect anything to change, while at the same time saying things like this, you're higher than a kite.

I haven't heard yet. Anybody know what the specific charge is?

US Constitution only calls for an active Navy. The Navy can be used to deploy an air force and strategic weapons, as well as satellite systems. It also has a ground force (i.e., US Marines).

There is no need for a standing army. Can use the national guard or reserves which could be trained by US Marines and supplement the US Marines in times of conflict.

Founding Fathers envisioned that we needed a military for national defense, but not a military industrial complex.

Why have any kind of armed forces at all? Costa Rica has none and is doing fine. And if somebody foolishly decides to invade we can always come out of our farm gates with shotguns loaded with the ultimate stopper - birdshot - and put the kibosh on that silliness.

There is nothing wrong with having a strong military with the latest and greatest tech and personnel. Many technological innovation changing the future came out of the military. However you need laws that prohibit starting a war and enforce the rule of law so that the MIC doesn't enrich themselves by killing and impoverishing and destabilizing other nations. Only congress can declare war (special very targeted operations may be possible via EO but very limited). The US should not be anywhere in the world right now.

How do you have latest and greatest mil toys without military-industrial complex? Buying them from somewhere else? Like from Swiss, who'd gladly sell you cannons during the peacetime but then refuse to sell shells once you're in war, because it "violates their neutralitay"?

And I'm pretty sure that without our (and their) MIC and presense of our troops countries like, say, South Korea would be much more impoverished and destabilized, than they are now. Unless your version of "prosperity and stability" is living under the yoke of Commie fucks like that fat Kim cunt.

There is no reason to station troops anywhere with today's technology. The mere threat of destroying NK with a mix of rockets and drones hours of within any attempted fuckery is enough to keep them at bay. Anything else is gaslighting by the MIC. Trump showed the way.

Through research. Make any goddamned thing you want.

Do you know the US is sending depleted uranium to Ukraine now? This is what DU does:

Take a good fucking look. That's what we did in Iraq. Find those weapons of mass destruction yet? People say I should drop that, it's 20 years in the past, no it's not. This shit is still ongoing. Those pictures show what we'll be doing to Ukraine soon as a result of the US coup there in 2014, under Barack Obama, that won the Nobel Peace Prize. You can get those in a Crackerjax box now. Fucking just garbage now, means absolutely nothing.

Trump accountable for the crooked money to cover rape related criminality , but reality is again going to wash over Trump world when he gets called to explain the Russian money laundering connection to Putin and the side deals investing in Russian pipeline related.

This indictment was what he needed - DeSantis will not be next Pres candidate from R's, Trump will be. And he might win if inflation will still be high and economy goes down.

Everyone is distracted by the Soviet Show Trial of Trump.

Notice any mention of Biden's bribes from the Chicoms is now not mentioned in news cycle. No more mention of Durham's investigation either.

People should refer to Soros store front properly. He is the Globalist pyramid cap brand name of MI6, and it the City of London and Switzerland who have decided that fiat money will continue to be pumped into the demolition of the Republic. Soros distributes and allocates the subversion and treason funds.

New York City and State have turned out to be the accessible whore useful idiots. They are occupied by the foreign powers as subsidiaries of the foreign occupied foreign city state of Washington DC, as are several of the now feral cities. We are witnessing successful foreign occupation attacking the rest of the Republic. They take joy that our our tax tribute is being used to destroy and subvert us.

CIA and MI6 are huge, compartmentalized operations, not all compartments are strict Moloch Satanists, but the upper aristocratic, dynastic Masonic echelons are.

It's called the Overton Window - what we're allowed to discuss, our "news" media dictates it. I ignore it.

I'm glad Trump was indicted BTW, not because he's guilty, but it's fucking hard as hell to convince people our government is a banana republic, and it's been one for at least 20 years. Thank you NYC for exposing it.

“Reading all the 2016 warnings from the Normalcy Guardians and self-professed Democracy Protectors about how there’s literally nothing more corrupt or dangerous than craving the prosecution of your political opponent — especially for trivial crimes — is really quite something.” — Glenn Greenwald

The New York Times enjoyed its long-delayed tantric Trumpgasm so much today that it rolled out the full-page banner headline format usually reserved for the commencement of world wars. (They took the banner down before seven o’clock this morning.) For many of the cat-ladies employed as “reporters” at the once-august paper, it was the first Trumpgasm they’ve ever experienced in a lifetime of emotional displacement, over-eating, and furious knitting of pink polyester hats for the crusade to root out patriarchal wickedness. ...

This oh-so-satisfying climax, of course, is brought to you by the party of hoaxes, flimflams, and mandated death shots, so it’s amusing here on the sidelines to see The Times’s op-ed writers squirm with post-coital pleasure underneath the full-page Trumpgasmic headline. The lead editorial declares: “Even Donald Trump Should Be Held Accountable”— overlooking the utter absence of accountability that has been the norm in every recent insult to the nation’s dignity from wholesale and repeat election fraud, to six years of lawless depravity in the FBI, to overt support of Antifa and BLM street havoc, to the forced, deceitful administration of deadly “vaccines.”

“How a President’s Arrest Can Strengthen a Democracy,” honorary cat-lady Nicholas Kristof opined, repeating the bad-faith trope that his legions of Wokery have an interest in political rectitude — when, in fact, they are solely preoccupied with coercing, censoring, cancelling, persecuting, punishing, and defenestrating anyone who objects to their grifts and hustles. ...

This comes at a time when that government — the “Joe Biden” regime — presides over the collapse of what’s left of America’s economy, the crack-up of the banking system, and the shocking loss of our country’s influence in the geo-political arena. All of that is manifesting as increased general hardship across the US population: a whole lot of citizens going broke, going hungry, losing their property and chattels to bankruptcy, losing their children to Woke-induced psychopathology, and — the final insult — being subjected to a medical racketeering operation that ruins and murders them when they get sick.

The Party of Chaos looks pretty smugly secure for the moment. If Alvin Bragg’s flimsy case in New York falls apart, as many expect, fellow partisans have grand juries lined up against Mr. Trump in other jurisdictions, waiting patiently to take their turns at the political assassination of this supposed “threat to our democracy.” Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared yesterday that Mr. Trump “has the right to prove his innocence.” She apparently forgot how our legal system is supposed to work, which is that defendants are presumed innocent and it’s the government’s burden to prove someone guilty.

As to qualifications to be president, the Constitution simply states: a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen of the United States, a resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older. There is no language in Article II that might legally prevent someone convicted of a petty crime, fairly or otherwise, from running for the job. Which means that the Golden Golem of Greatness could be back … cue the cat-ladies’ righteous, wrathful meows.

Lol, Kunstler is on fire today!

Drudge Report says 30 counts related to business fraud. So who was harmed by this ? Who got defrauded such as did investors lose money ? Is this a tangible crime or a victimless crime ?

It's basically a technical crime for a private company, the Trump Organization based on the Novel Legal Theory that since Cohen paid for Stormy, and Trump Org paid Cohen for his Legal Services, and Trump Organization did not separate that Expense from Cohen's legal services category on their paperwork, it's somehow 30 counts of malfesance.

What very well might happen is that a bunch of Powerful Private Entities are now going to freak out and run screaming to the DA/DNC to stop it, as it would open them up also to bullshit charges and civil suits.
60   AmericanKulak   2023 Mar 31, 2:31pm

Imagine how many companies just in Manhattan alone paid off 5 or 6 or more figure settlements to disgruntled employees, contractors, etc. and didn't separate it on their filings from "Legal Services" they paid to an Attorney or Law Firm.

Worth noting that while we like to laugh at TDS and think it will only mobilize more voters for Trump, which is likely true, the leftoid globalist aren't that stupid. TDS serves a yuge purpose for them. Over the years they were able to foment so much deranged TDS hate, driven by propaganda and lies and infinte help by the lamestream media and big tech, into the leftoids, incl. those in important positions, that they will not come to their common senses but instead basically rubberstamp any and every atrocity against the other team, completely abolishing the rule of law and turning the country into a communist marxist hellhole as desired by their leaders, if it only hurts Trump.

Who is going to try them ? Any trial will would have to be in a Democrat city with a Soros distract attorney and Woke jury.

That means the Soros district attorney (in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, etc.) in a red state like Texas would have to decide to prosecute the Democrats.

That is never going to happen, or if it does, it will be a show trial, and the Soros DA will do a shitty job and fail to get a conviction, which is especially easy when the jury pool comes from a shithole Democrat metro area.

Look at how Durham has fared trying Democrat political operatives in courts that are within Democrat cities.

If Trump is convicted for having his Private Company list an expense as "Legal Services" for a payout, imagine every company in NYS that ever paid out a disgruntled employee in the past few years and listed it as such.

Any NYS prosecutor with a humbug against a person or company can now run wild.

This is why it won't survive an appeal.

That is why every company is going ESG and Woke. Its protection. Put an Obama era official on the board of directors like Eric Holder. That ensures protection within the Democrat protection racket.

No New York state prosecutor is going to pursue these ESG and Woke companies for the same crimes as they are accusing Trump.

Its an Animal Farm Justice System.
