💉 On Monday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on his website that he is opening an investigation into “Gain of Function” and “Misrepresentations by Covid-19 Vaccine Manufacturers.”

At last!

Paxton, the first Attorney General to officially delve into the jabs, said he’s investigating whether the companies misrepresented the efficacy of their shots, and the whether they misrepresented the likelihood of transmitting the virus after being jabbed, potentially violating of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Florida has a similar law, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). In early 2022, I was convinced I had the pharma companies in my sights under Florida’s FDUTPA law, a way to beat all their liability protection, and I did quite a bit of work on the case until a generous allied attorney helping with the project discovered a small, unnoticed provision deep in the act completely exempting pharmaceutical companies, and I was dead in the water.

(If Florida medical freedom activists want a good cause, getting rid of THAT stinky provision would change everything. Everything.)

Presumably Texas’ act lacks a pharma carve-out. I took a quick look at the Texas law this morning (it’s long) and couldn’t see anything problematic or find any pharma carve-out with a search. So Texas’ law could be the way.

Paxton says he’s going to investigate the following questions, whether:

— Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J engaged in gain of function research and misled the public;

— the vaxx makers lied about jab efficacy in reducing transmission;

— they manipulated vaxx trial data; or

— it was deceptive to use “relative risk reduction” instead of “absolute risk reduction” in describing the prophylactic effects.

Paxton’s announcement used strong language describing the investigation:

Texas’s investigation will force these companies to turn over documents the public otherwise could not access. Attorney General Paxton is committed to discovering the full scope of decision-making behind pandemic interventions forced on the public, especially when a profit motive or political pressure may have compromised Americans’ health and safety. Efforts by the federal government to coerce compliance with unjust and illegal pandemic interventions, even at the cost of citizens’ employment, means this investigation into the scientific and ethical basis on which public health decisions were made is of major significance.

So there are now TWO states and TWO attorneys general investigating the vaccines: Florida and Texas. (I noticed a comment the other day impatiently suggesting Florida’s Covid Grand Jury must have fizzled out, since we haven’t heard anything, but be patient — grand juries operate in secret. It would be bad if we did hear anything.)

Attorneys general are the way. Folks contacted me as far back as late 2021 asking how can we get criminal prosecutions for jab crimes going? The answer is it will take attorneys general or district attorneys. That’s something we really need to focus on for the upcoming election cycle if we really want accountability.

We need to be recruiting candidates to run for district attorney right now.

Not by accident, Florida and Texas are also the two states leading the country’s swelling conservative political movement. I’ll suggest that Paxton’s announcement confirms my theory that covid accountability is a popular political position, and we will soon see more action in this area.

Paxton’s investigation is another great start.

Thousands of NYPD officers were mandated to vaccinate or be terminated by October 29th of 2021. The vast majority of those officers had already contracted and recovered from covid during the height of the pandemic. They contracted it due to poor ventilation and inadequate PPE while they worked.

We brought up natural immunity in lieu of vaccination. We were scoffed at, even though thousands of years of science dictates naturally acquiring a disease and recovering from it is the best protection against severe illness from a virus.

The CDC and the rest of the experts are finally acknowledging what we have said all along, the exception being the New York City Health Commissioner Ashwin Vasan in his appointed role.

The city council just a few weeks ago passed landmark legislation
for women named the Maternal Health Bill. Hundreds of NYPD who were pregnant or undergoing the grueling process of fertility treatments were treated like pariahs. They were forced to choose between their unborn children and putting food on the table. They were forced between taking a shot for a disease that they had already acquired and their own chances at motherhood. Their medical accommodation requests were denied in the cruelest way, as we all watched unvaccinated millionaires play a sport or hold a concert without the same mandate. New York City has failed to tell the unvaccinated, who are now the most marginalized community in New York City history, what undue hardship we are causing New York City that others are not?

This marginalized community, along with our children have been segregated, forced to be masked and tested when others were not. Not allowed to eat in restaurants, partake in society, play in sports, attend after-school events, and eventually, we were forced from employment without even the ability to collect unemployment. We are being told our lives do not matter.

City workers and residents accused of crimes are afforded due process and a trial before facing such consequences. Many continue working even after they are found guilty.

All of this has caused irreparable harm to our mental, physical, and financial health, as well as a strain on all of our relationships. Murderers, rapists and pedophiles are treated better than the unvaccinated.

All I am asking is for New York City to be true to what it said on paper. Be true that you respect religious liberty and equal protection under the law. Be true that you respect medical freedom and truly believe the words my body, my choice. Be true to that that you were respect others' philosophical opinions and want to give everyone a voice at the table.

Be true to the United States Constitution and New York State Constitution, the Human Rights Act of New York State, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, federal, state and city OEO [Office of Equal Opportunity] laws, as well as the OEO policy of every New York City agency. All who enforce this mandate, all of which clearly define these mandates, are illegal.

All I am saying to our elected officials and to Mayor Adams is be true to what you say on Twitter. New York City is no longer an equal opportunity employer. That title is earned by following the law, not given by winning an election. [Time's up alarm sounds] End the mandates.

I was previously employed by the NYPD from January 2013 to July 2022. I was a detective with the Brooklyn North Violent Crime Squad, formerly known as the Brooklyn North Gang Squad.

As a kid, there were two things I wanted to be when I grew up, a New York Yankee and a police officer. Obviously the first option did not pan out, but I was able to fulfill my dream and become a police officer. Going back to May 5th, 2021, during a Governor Cuomo press conference he stated, you cannot mandate vaccines because these vaccines are approved under something called an Emergency Use Authorization and by law, you cannot mandate a vaccine approved under Emergency Use Authorization. I myself went to a vaccine site back in June of this year and requested Comirnaty or Spikevax which are the only two FDA-approved version of the vaccine. DANIEL CREREND: Has revised their covid 19 guidelines and stated, CDC's covid-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person's vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur. Combine all this with the fact that back in August of 2021 the director of the CDC, Rochelle Walensky, stated, in reference to the vaccine, what they cannot do anymore is prevent transmission. That was two months before the inception of the vaccine mandate. If anyone could explain a reasonable argument for firing thousands of city workers for not receiving a vaccine that does not stop transmission or infection from covid, I would love to hear it. The simple fact is that there is no logical argument that can be made. You cannot make that make sense.

The present COVID-19 vaccines violate all 10 tenets of the Nuremberg Medical Ethics Code as a guide for permitted medical experiments.

I am a sergeant of police, I am still employed with the New York City Police Department. I also have a masters degree in Human Resource Management and have studied employment law, and this topic I know very well about because I've studied it. I'm here, it's my First Amendment Right to be here with you all as an individual.

So, let me just fast-forward. I was denied my religious exemption. I later on was able to find a lawyer, after several attempts, and I found one during that gridlock of finding an attorney. I found one three days before I had to submit my appeal. And I submitted it.

After that, I got, like a week later, I was admitted in the hospital with chest pains, was put out from work for 2 and a half weeks. OK, I had to deal with lost friendships, lost partnerships. So you could just imagine the amount of stress for the past 10 to 12 months. Right?

It's basically illegal pain and suffering. OK? You've seen all the testimonies. It's all illegal pain and suffering.

So July, I won and I was approved. But thousands have been denied.

So one would assume— I'm a Roman Catholic, one would assume that, at a legal standpoint, at this point, at a legal standpoint, everyone else should be similarly situated. If I was approved, everyone else should be similarly situated. But that's not the case.

So I'm going to say something. You know. My lawyer did ask me. She goes, I have a question for you. Were you working inside, or were you out there working on the streets? I said, no, I actually work in New York City Transit. So it's a lot more hectic, more people to deal with on a constant basis. So she goes, oh, because I have—

People often ask me "why is it so difficult to bring about Covid accountability?" This is one of the main reasons why.

And now I've got a child who's, you know, I have a son who's allergic to penicillin. Penicillin is a high therapeutic index, most people are fine with it, but there are a small number of people who are allergic to penicillin. We, you know, every person is unique and we have to listen to their concerns, especially if they've had prior anaphylactic reactions, or reactions to other drugs. But yet, here in Australia, we've had people who've got injured from the first vaccine, and they had to take that vaccine because their employer mandated it, they've been injured, and then they've got sacked anyway because they didn't take the second vaccine. So they were forced into choosing between their own health and their own survival and keeping their job. And you know when you read this document, and you read the number of checks and balances that were missed, it, you know, it, it in my view has been a gross violation of human rights.

💉 The Washington Examiner ran a story Tuesday headlined, “New Emails Show COVID Vaccine Mandates Were Based on a Lie.”

I know, it’s a target-rich environment. WHICH lie?

According to the Examiner, newly-disclosed emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, reveal former CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and former NIH Director Francis Collins discussing vaccine “breakthrough cases” in JANUARY 2021 — before the vaccines became widely available.

In one noteworthy email, Walensky told Collins that “clearly” breakthrough infections were an “important area of study.” She provided links to a study discussing the issue and assured Collins that she would keep Dr. Anthony Fauci fully briefed on the issue.

But that the opposite of what Walensky was saying in public. In public — a full two months after the Collins email — she told a national audience that vaccinated people “don’t carry the virus” and “don’t get sick.” And she’s sticking to that story. In a recent congressional hearing, Walensky doubled down, defending those 2021 statements by claiming they were “true at the time” — meaning she claims the vaccines DID prevent transmission for the early 2021 variants.

But the emails show that Walensky knows that’s a lie, and she knew it was a lie in 2021. There were already studies, AND known cases of breakthrough infections, even before the big vaccine push began.

Stanford professor and highly-credentialed scientist Dr. Jay Bhattacharya tweeted that the revelation was “stunning.” He noted that, despite knowing the vaccines did not stop transmission, “they continued to push vax mandates anyway.”

Mandates were always premised on the notion of stopping transmission. Mandates only make sense if the vaccines protect other people besides the person who took the vaccine. Otherwise, vaccines would merely be an individual’s choice, their own personal risk evaluation. If Walensky had admitted that vaccines didn’t stop transmission, there would have been no logical rationale for mandates.

Of course, in hindsight, the vaccines never made any sense, even if they DID stop transmission. In other words, if the vaccines worked, then anybody who was worried about catching covid could just get the jabs. So they still didn’t need a mandate.

Mandates are even MORE irrational, now we know for certain that Walensky, Fauci, and Collins KNEW the jabs didn’t flatten any curves at the time.

So, if they knew the jab juice didn’t stop transmission, what else motivated them to implement the mandates?
