All you have to do is type these lines, and mean them. First the baseline:

Putin is scum
Biden is scum
Fauci is scum
Pedophiles are scum
'08 was a housing bubble

Now the real test:

Zelensky is scum
Trump is scum(will also accept Musk)
anyone who supported taking the shots was/is anti-science and anti-health
Target and Anheuser are scum
'23 is a housing bubble

This is intentionally high level, but if you can't type each of those statements in this thread, and mean it, you should reconsider your take on those events, and whether you have been tricked into believe propaganda.

Every single one but "Trump is scum".

Trump has suffered financially, been harassed legally and probably soon will be on yet more trumped up charges, and is doing it all for his ego but that's fine, George Washington wrote in his Journal he was seeking glory.

People do make mistakes, and make tactical decisions that don't turn out well. Don't let the demoralization project - which is multifaceted - cause you to abandon the few good, if flawed, fighters.

Lending was the bubble. Not housing. Unqualified loans for homes AND other lending products. Massive HELOCs. We're not in a bubble now without massive layoffs. Rates are only hitting maybe 5% of buyers over the last decade, which most are well under 5% and there's no inventory, and no one wants to move besides out of cities.

Urban areas are where the bubble is and it has nothing to do with real estate. It's policy. I don't care if you rent or own, but you just moved or are moving from CA to AZ. There is a lot of YOU doing that. That's where the bubble is. It's regional. You see a completely different picture than I do here in IL which is just as shitty as CA, but it pays us well so we stay.

It's a movement of assets and money. I lived in and/or worked in Chicago for 15 years. I think we're seeing a 2nd suburbanization like after WWII. I prefer rural, but people are leaving cities in droves. What's gonna happen after they leave? Especially the wealthy? What's already shit is going to get even worse outside of the gated communities and high rises.

The largest generation right now is Millennials. They're finally popping babies out and realizing schools suck in cities and you can't party all the time and have to adult. Because prices are higher, the median price in most areas will drop. It's not a crash though or bubble. Over the next decade urban areas will get their ass kicked. Quote it.

Appreciate the honesty. Would like to remind you Trump has appeared in photos with Maxwell, and had known associations with Epstein. It was also recently brought up that he took big contributions from big pharma, and positioned their people in his government, prior to pushing the shots. But if you prefer to substitute "Musk is scum". I think that's a fair compromise.

My biggest gripe with Trump is that once he became leader of the GOP, the rest of the GOP just completely folded on the issue of family values.

Family values had been a huge talking point of the Republicans for decades...then Trump happened and the GOP suddenly decided that family values weren't worth addressing. Now we have Liberal shit slingers saying that there are all types of families and nobody is going against this crap.

To be fair, Bush senior was anything but a family man. Everyone at the CIA seemed to know about his proclivity for young boys. The guise of family for the purpose of intruding into personal decisions is not the value of family. See GOP's War on Us.

Secret Service told Shrubbie to tone down the rent boy orgies in the White House. Of course, Obama also because he was a regular pizza customer ordering pedos for his White House activities.

Now some observers say that Obama and Michael weren't the first Baphomet couple in the White House, because Barbara Bush was a trannie, too.
