Here's a serious question. Why can't this guy get a jury trial after 13 years? Is the government blocking this and if so how? Seems like not getting a lawsuit trial against the government would violate his Constitutional rights to due process just like the original seizure did.
Disgusting. Even if the guy was a drug dealer, he's innocent until proven guilty. Or that used to be the rule, anyway.
