I like that, "Poverty Eradication Plan." I can see that as an urban lang term - "Nice looking guy you got girl. Plan to make him your PEP soon?"

They all look shitty. Once the wall hits for most its the bond formed not the looks no matter what delusions they tell themselves.

If we got rid of no-fault, or severely restricted it to childless couples married only a few years, a huge chunk of our problems with Family Courts would disappear.

I wish I saved the site, but somebody had up court notes from 1950s Judges in Consent states. That's when both parties needed to agree in absence of Fault (repeated Adultery/Cheating, total Abandonment, Abuse, etc.)

There was a judge who wrote how he endured half an hour of tears from a woman who tried to convince him that her husband not giving her money for new lace dollies constituted Abuse, so she didn't need consent to divorce him.

Well, if 1 party is unhappy for whatever reason, and wants to move on, why lock them in?
Ultimately people have to take responsibility for what they do without being forced.
It seems the problem is more with the advantages family court give to women vs men.

Marriage is supposed to be for life and for the benefit of children.

If you want easy breakup, don't get married.

Divorce is the only contract where one party can terminate and end up with payments and assets while eliminating all obligations of their own.

At the very least, the initiator of a no fault should not get primary custody and must pay child support automatically.

Probably in most cases a divorced woman with 2 kids has to work to support them even counting child support.
That means at least 60hrs of work a week running between work and kids, and with little opportunity to date, being old and worn out.
Not sure why anyone would want this.
In fact a man without custody, may be better off in lifestyle, even in a 1 bedroom appt.

You get either the kids or child support. Having custody doesn't come without obligations. It's tuff work.

In some countries divorce is seen as unacceptable. People have to make it work.
Given this is not the case in the US, I'm sure on what legs the state could stand to impose people who hate each other to continue to live together.
This has to be individual responsibility.

The problem is it becomes a government and social responsibility much more frequently than intact families.

It's clear that reforming divorce was a failure, let's cancel a failed policy.

Just like no-bail is going to be a disaster.

Then why not give the man custody of kids?
One of my relatives got custody of his kid, and he got no financial help whatsoever from the womyn (that was 80's, don't know how it would work out now).

Possibly, but consider that Politics is downstream from Culture.

From Netflix to the Hallmark Channel, divorced moms are always shown as being awesome, in charge, and irresistible to many men they are constantly rebuffing advances from.

The problem is, Real Life isn't like that for 90% of divorced women - but the Official Kulture Globohomo fairy tale drives the narrative.

Also, misery loves company, so many divorced women lie about their happiness, especially if their friends are happily married.

Believe all women so they can cash in the legal lottery on sex they never even had, or willingly provided for prior insufficient gain.

Always be recording.

Better $2500 and unlikely some probation and even less likely a jail sentence, then to be falsely labelled a rapist (Consent to Audio laws).

These laws need to be rewritten so it is ALWAYS legal to record conversations without consent by the occupant of a private home or payer of a hotel room.

Another important thing is to say "You know what's really hot? Text me what we're going to get up to when you come over/as I wait for you in bed while you're in the bathroom"

Whether Rachel Madcow is either young or a woman is debatable. I think I detected some jersey itching and man spreading there for the short periods of time I could stomach watching.

Car scissoring. Just what you'd expect from a bunch of rabid lesbos.
