I suggest spreading some q-anon fairy tales, together with some Alex Jones psychosis, topped with a serving of Tucker Carlson "nobody would literally believe it" bullshit.

Saying that "masks help" is BS worse than that by Alex Jones or Q-Anon. Please see below deaths by corona, comparison between CA which has strict lockdowns/mask requirements, TX which removed mask requirements and all lockdowns more than a month ago, and FL with little restrictions and mask requirements. Data are from official CDC website: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#compare-trends_newdeathsper100k
Follow the science, they said...except when it contradicts the fantasy world of corporate left-wingers.
@WineHorror: you may want to ask your client to browse around in CDC website...

if surgical or cloth masks would stop the spread of any airborne virus with statistical significance, they would be advertised as such and much more expensive.

Yes.
And on all of the surgical mask boxes it clearly states that it will not protect you from covid (the Wuhan) or any other virus.

Lobotomies were fashionable at one point. Leeches would cure your illness.

Do not even have to go back that far. A buddy of mine at work was proscribed a Type II diabetes medication that turned out to have a 70% of causing Fortner gangrene in men over 50. He ended up with Fortner gangrene, and it cost him thousands in medical bills and a week off work.
Anti-mask theories are spread by the same clowns that predicted covid wasn't more deadly than the flu. The same clowns that are now trying to argue that covid deaths are over-counted, despite the evidence that excess deaths are at least as high if not higher than official covid numbers.

ardent Blue Anon members
mandating masks at the state level (the horror, mah freedoms),
several large counties require masks.
Those two states have slightly higher death rates than CA
people doing it out of good common senseI have not seen convincing clinical studies that masks help. I have seen studies showing that masks do not matter (cited in previous post).
versus cities requiring it and people doing it out of good common sense.

1. Why are death rates in CA nearly the same as in TX and FL, which do not have mask mandates?
2. Why are peer-reviewed studies, such as this one: https://www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M20-6817, not showing efficiency of masks?
3. This is flu study: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/5/19-0994_article#r34 but it is quite telling: Although mechanistic studies support the potential effect of hand hygiene or face masks, evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza. https:/...
Is that like spreading fear of insufficient oxygen if breathing through a mask? Or the fear of injecting biological agents if you get a vaccine?
WineHorror1 saysWhen a person/entity has to resort to lies, tricks, fraud, threats (threatening Dr's from doing what they were trained to do) and fear, FEAR FEAR!!! they lose all credibility and should be completely shunned. This is a fraudulent debacle.

my kid still does 15-20 hours of competitive sports a week since last summer so we do have exposure to people and groups consistently. Zero illnesses in a full year.
WineHorror1 saysYou're way off base. It has to do with others trying to force you to do things you do not want to do. PERIOD. It's called tyranny. Get on board the FREEDOM TRAIN instead of the Soy Boi train.
Having to wear a mask in public is similar to having to wear a seatbelt while driving or smoke 20 feet away from public entrances. Is there something new here from a social or legal point of view?
37% drop in Rite Aid profits for cold medicine prove they atleast work for keeping people from getting regular colds and the flu.

More likely less foot traffic in stores and more social distancing such as school closures. School transmissions/children are reservoirs for most colds and flu.
Maybe you were shouting tyranny and that seat belts kill more people than they save then as well?
Glock-n-Load saysIf I mention FREEDOM, in what delusional world would you think I agree with seatbelts or smoking? Admit it, you hate freedom. Are you scared of making your own choices? Are you an adult yet?
Boohoo for you then. I value my freedom of not having to breathe your smoke or have your ass fly through my windshield.

Move away from the smoke. Don't drive. Is it all that complicated?
Everything in life involves risk and potential health hazards. If we shut down even 1% of these things we'd all be royally fucked.
I don't go to nursing homes and have seen my mom and MIL substantially less. You make adjustments. I'm not sure your point. You can't shut down the majority for a tiny minority.
Maybe start forbidding gay men from having sex because it can spre...
Masks work from my experience... 37% drop in Rite Aid profits for cold medicine prove they atleast work for keeping people from getting regular colds and the flu.
My family have made it a full year without as much as a head cold. Sure social distancing played a role... my kid still does 15-20 hours of competitive sports a week since last summer so we do have exposure to people and groups consistently. Zero illnesses in a full year.. a record for my family for sure!
WookieMan saysMove away from the smoke. Don't drive. Is it all that complicated?
I want to drive. I don't want to move through your stench. Why do you hate my freedom?
What's more, the "freedom of choice to engage in certain activities" is defined by the Supreme Court to apply to only to certain protected activities: child rearing and education, family relationships, procreation, marriage, contraception, and abortion. Challenges to mandatory seatbelt laws, mandatory helmet laws, etc. have been rejected many times as not fitting within the activities over which one has complete right of choice.

Can anyone offer assistance. I'm taking this seriously since it is a chance to help society.
