God Bless black Texans who have no inhibitions:

https://abc13.com/houston-women-assault-hostess-new-york-city-covid-vaccine-proof-covid19-mandate/11027196/

The 22-year-old victim, who had only been on the job three weeks, asked the women for vaccination proof and then ID cards to match the vaccine cards.

When she questioned the legitimacy of their vaccination cards, the out-of-town visitors got upset and lunged at her, punching her repeatedly and also injuring two other staff members.

The women reportedly didn't want to show ID, which police say contributed to the belief they were not valid.

Note to self: when was last time when WHITE people physically assaulted the vaxx oppressors? They usually whine in private.

Result of this: The owner of Carmine's now joins other restaurants around the city in raising concerns about the enforcement of the vaccine mandate.

They have ZERO responsibility for the rules, only the duty to enforce them or face sanctions or job loss.

Then it should have ended with showing vaccine papers. Overzealous nano-Eichmann asked for more documents.

Ihre Papiere, Bitte!

Restaurant Hostess is an entry level job, often the first for semi-ambitious 16yos. Attacking people in this position is an act of cowardice. Even the average person with no higher education in ethics or law instantly recognizes attacking bottom tier employees for what it is: a DICK move, and nothing greater. People who hack at the easy twigs of evil don't have the will to strike the root where it would really matter, because that would actually require meaningful and substantial courage and sacrifice on their part.

Then why did BLM attack people simply eating at restaurants? Why? Because it worked. It cowed everyone. Of course, it worked because they had the support of the politicians. I'm confused.

they are morally superior to everyone who simply goes along with the greatest crime ever to be perpetuated on humanity.

Clearly a horrible outcome of running with "enemy of my enemy is my friend" thinking. There was no moral superiority at play here. This was base uncivilized impulsive violence, not toward some lofty principle but reactive to the individual they invoked violence upon, and yet here you are reacting like they're at the pinnacle of the fucking Heinz Dilemma.

I disagree.

They absolutely did the right thing, and everyone else is just too cowardly to do it, and will also just get on cattle cars when told do to so.

The hostess was voluntarily acting as an agent of oppression, and therefore deserves no sympathy.

"Just following orders" is not a valid excuse.
24   Bd6r   2021 Sep 18, 4:22pm

Noch Einmal: why did the nano-Eichmann FOLLOW THE DAMNED RULES?

Could have pretended that all is fine and not asked for ID. Nothing would have happened to her.

Also, the violent ladies likely will go to jail for some time, so, perhaps unwillingly they have sacrificed and will bear consequences for their actions.

One can reasonably argue that following unconstitutional rules such as these is a slippery slope to situation shown in picture above. Enforcers of such rules should bear consequences for their actions, even if they are low-level employees.

IDK if you expected me to side with BLM on this. I think THOSE restaurant patrons, and employees, would be justified using violence BACK, to repel and stop an attack initiated by the other party (BLM.) Just as the restuarant in the story would have been justified applying force to repel the attack by the 3 ratchets from Texas.
In both cases, attacking average folk while leaving the actual overlords safe and untouched isn't a productive course of action. If parties in either case actually followed the advice of Saul Alinsky (as some critics might claim), they'd have recognized that these particular ends don't justify these particular means.

Using front line retail workers as proxies in an ideological battle is a jerk move; impotent toward the problem and putting misery where it's undeserved and already in plentiful supply.

If nothing else and all politics aside, attacking the powerless bottom retail worker should obviously be understood as a TACTICAL dead end. Learn to harness the power of treating them as an actual human being in shit circumstances. Recognize that you're actually potential allies with a mutual enemy. When this informs your behavior, you'll get better outcomes and actual systemic power and change over time.

I remember a quote from some Russian who survived the Stalinist times, who said that the solution would have been this:

When the secret police came in the middle of the night to arrest some dissident, everyone else in the apartment building should have immediately come out and beat the secret police to death.

When the secret police are scared, then the people are free. But not until then.

I agree. My complaint in this thread is the chest-beaters are all too cowardly to stand up to the actual secret police, so they're cheering a cowardly act of aggression toward a powerless and easy target that they'd normally reflexively condemn. This restaurant hostess isn't a proxy for the secret police.

You're wrong about that.

The hostess is exactly and entirely a proxy for the secret police.

It is written in my responses thus far. Treat the ground level employees as allies and fellow victims of our real mutual oppressors. Maybe they'll be motivated to let it go at that and you get your way. If not ask them peacefully to hand the matter off up the chain of command. The next manager up the chain will usually just do what the customer wants to appease them. There's no need to humiliate or harm the powerless ground level workers of the world, but it happens so constantly to them, you'd be surprised how far behaving reasonably in the face of problems gets you to unconventional solutions in your favor. That's the tactical way to deal with it,for the lobby of a Chili's or whatever isn't even the arena where this fight can be won and the real enemies threatened.

If they are demanding your proof-of-jab card they are in no way allies with any human being.

They are willing tools of the oligarchy.

Why do you assume they are all victims? Some of these people were more than happy to take the jab and some are very happy to have a new power over others. Don't assume.

And the next day "Interior Department" troops would have come and put the apartment dwellers before a firing squad.

Also note that in the case of the restaurant hostess, she was likely told by the boss she had to check ID. It is not unusual for heavy handed government agencies to send out ringers to see if the businesses are really checking, then grant heavy fines or closures for any violators. I can easily see that De Blasio would waste manpower doing such checks.

But they don't get into trouble if someone has a fake ID. It's not even their job. Just nod and let then in and eat when presented with a document

I agree, in that people ITT are apparently one request to show vax proof away from going full

I'm anti-covid-"vax", anti-mandate, and anti-Eichmann-of-any-size. I'm also against taking out frustrations on low level retail workers with no control over policies they must follow and enforce.

An apropos excerpt from Heinlein's Stranger in a Strange Land.

They stood for quite a while in front of a cage containing a large family of capuchins, watching them eat,
sleep, court, nurse, groom and swarm aimlessly around the cage, while Jill surreptitiously tossed them
peanuts despite “No Feeding” signs. She tossed one to a medium sized monkey; before he could eat it a much larger male was on him and
not only stole his peanut but gave him a beating, then left. The little fellow made no attempt to pursue
his tormentor; be squatted at the scene of the crime, pounded his knuckles against the concrete floor,
and chattered his helpless rage. Mike watched it solemnly. Suddenly the mistreated monkey rushed to
the side of the cage, picked a monkey still smaller, bowled it over and gave it a drubbing worse than the
one he had suffered – after which he seemed quite relaxed. The third monkey crawled away, still
whimpering, and found shelter in the arm of a female who had a still smaller one, a baby, on her back.

The other monkeys paid no attention to any of it. Mike threw back his head and laughed – went on laughing, loudly and uncontrollably. He gasped for
breath, tears came from his eyes; he started to tremble and sink to the floor, still laughing.
“Stop it, Mike!” He became somewhat more quiet but continued to chuckle, laugh aloud, chuckle again, while she wiped
his eyes. “I’m all right. At last I’m all right.” “I hope so.” She sighed. “You certainly scared me, Mike.”

“I know. I was scared, too, the first time I heard laughing. Come here, and put your head on my
shoulder and tell me a joke.”

“Just tell you a joke?”

“Tell me a joke I’ve never heard and see if I laugh at the right place. I will, I’m sure of it – and I’ll be able
to tell you why it’s funny.”

“But how, darling?”

“I’ve found out why people laugh. They laugh because it hurts so much ... because it’s the only thing
that’ll make it stop hurting.”

The most common adjustment of thought in the obedient subject is for him to see himself as not responsible for his own actions. He divests himself of responsibility by attributing all initiative to the experimenter, a legitimate authority. He sees himself not as a person acting in a morally accountable way but as the agent of external authority…. The disappearance of a sense of responsibility is the most far-reaching consequence of submission to authority
