kitten corner: rights watchdogs
gatito bueno 1 hr ago
excuse me everyone, i am just a kitten and do not always understand politics and political systems, especially canadian ones, so could someone please explain why ontario has a human rights watchdog to make sure that people don’t get human rights?
because i think maybe that’s a pretty bad kind of dog to have!
they should get a good kitten instead!
The expert class brought about not a Great Restructuring of our lives, but a Great Restriction. They psychologically shattered people by promoting crippling fear of a virus that thankfully leaves most of us unharmed. They hobbled the economy and our ability to get the goods and services we need. They isolated our children and made them stupider. They have ruined lives in ways for which there can be no recompense. All the while, they have peddled the idea that we have been presented with some opportunity for a better life.
I can only speak for myself, but personally: I can’t get used to this lifestyle.

Thoughts on how we get out of this. ...
They have to win every day, and we only have to win a few times. This is the great asymmetry at the heart of all dissident movements, it is why we seem small and powerless and yet they act with such inordinate rage and fear against the points we make. ...
Look at what gets banned and censored. This is what they are especially sensitive about, it is where they feel the most vulnerable. Vaccine side effects are the locus of their greatest anxiety; it is here also that they blatantly withhold data and even lie the most. Note the great contrast with lockdowns and masks, which hardly anybody has ever been banned for criticising. This is a place to push, even though I’m not totally sure how right now.
