One can reasonably argue that Capitol rioters should have been fined a thousand bucks each and set free as there was no substantial damage and the only dead were two or three fat Trump supporters who could not handle stress and physical exertion of climbing over fence, one fat policeman who died for the same reason, and MURDER of one unarmed woman by a State goon. Instead, tens of protesters languish in prison for what is essentially a trespassing crime.

On the other hand, tens of riots which resulted in millions of dollars of property destruction and violent death of more than ten people (incl one burned to death by thugs) has resulted in dropped charges and few arrests. This contrast does not seem right and equality before law is not there.

I generally use GIMP to do it under Linux, which is like a really hard to use Photoshop, but in this case, I look up of "www.imglfip.com" then did a search for "Joker" found the blank template, and redid it.



Also PRETENDING was spelled wrong.

I used a screen capture to prevent it from putting "imgflip.com" on it, because I think that distracts. I also sometimes zoom in on my browser to do this. In this case, I did.

With GIMP you can move around letters, or erase them. It takes some time. Last time I did this, it just turned out to suck so, I just redid all the text entirely, since it was black on a white background.
