We need a lot of children's books, conservative teachers, and conservative college clubs.

@Patrick - interested in a side project?

Either I will eventually talk to you in person, or we can talk privately - that doesn't mean email. My raspberry pi still runs.

You can log into my pi with:

ssh -p 2201 patrick@samoyed.dynu.net

If your RSA key still works. Hmm, you might have set the password there as well, I don't know, but my normal one isn't working. I have super user and I won't bother to change it.

Anyhow, "alpine" (the emailer) works. You'll see a bunch of emails there from long ago you never read, but the last one gives a run down of a good idea, and an evil one - neither of which I'll ever develop. Alpine is a curses based emailer from the 1980s. Still works!

A positive program is needed, not just "No more 'progress'".

We have to start talking about restricting public displays of "Kink" aka Perversion, how we're going to give parents vouchers for education for private school, eliminate Hofare and restore Welfare to aid for widows & disabled persons only, restoring manufacturing, making card interest rates based on the cardholder's state - not the card issuers state (Reee!), making rent part of the credit report, etc.

It's funny that your credit is looked at FOR renting housing, but paying $2k a month on time for years isn't considered as part of your credit worthiness, and make it self-reportable.

No we don't.

Just let society shun them. It's a self correcting problem.

The real problem is GOVERNMENT promotion of this shit. My main complaint of the last 25 years or so is that "nobody pays attention to corruption" - paying attention now? Good. Degenerates haven't just RECENTLY been put in charge, they've been in charge for a long time, and nobody seems to fucking care.

An asshole president and an asshole government that will lie you into a war in Iraq, will do the same sort of fucked up shit here. When some government asshole does something MORALLY horrific, you have to resist it, and if you don't, it's going to come home and happen to you. People don't seem to understand this. If you tolerate assholes in power, you're going to be fucked by them in time.

Stop looking for government as a solution. You're the solution, but you have to have a moral framework, and be rigid about it. Zero tolerance for fuckery. Doesn't matter if they are in "your party" or not. I'd be a democrat today if Nancy Pelosi pushed for the impeachment of Bush rather than said "it's off the table". Fucking dried up old cunt.

YOU allow it.

You know what I think of public education now? Fuck it, get out of it. It's purely indoctrination now, and if you don't recognize this, you're barely human. People need to band together with common goals and just drop out of the propaganda matrix.

Let me give you an example of how we're all propagandized. What was the American Civil War about? Slavery? There were 4 states that had slavery that fought on the north's side. Kentucky, Missouri, Maryland, and Delaware. Washington DC also had legal slavery.

So - why are we told the war was about ending slavery? Because it wasn't - if it was the north would have ended slavery before the war. Aren't you a LITTLE curious about what the war was ACTUALLY about? Some farmer in NY didn't go to war to free some n**ger. What convinced him to go to war? Our bloodiest most barbaric war ever on this soil, and our government education system tells you it was about slavery - a complete lie.

You have to recognize a terrible fact, your government is your enemy, not your friend. We are all propagandized from birth, relentlessly.

These aren't errors. They are very specific propaganda and it's not just the left or the right, everybody is victim to it, including me. I'm just aware of it. I can admit I've been fooled, it happens to me often.

Just because Foucaultian Libertinism are invading schools right now, doesn't mean everything in history is wrong and the losers were right from the ACW to WW2.

The Wokeness began in the 60s, even echos earlier in the 50s and before. It advanced using Motte & Bailey, Bair and Switch Tactics.

Very quickly, "Stay out of our bedroom" became "No bullying in Schools" and then metastized into:

There was a book @Patrick I think mentioned, written around 1990, that explained EXACTLY how the Gay Lobby was going to go from "Privacy of Bedroom" to "We need to be married to see our beloved ailing partners off" to "Normalizing Homosexuality in School". I'll have to look up the book.

We are now at the point where Government Employees - School Officials, Public School Librarians - are hiding Public School book catalogues from Parents. This just happened in South Carolina! Not Massachussetts, Not Minneapolis, Not Berkeley, Not Seattle -

https://www.libsoftiktok.com/p/foia-request-reveals-school-district

We are facing a concentrated, well organized attack by Teacher's and EduAdmin Associations backed by politicians, corporations, and NGOs.

The Libertarian Answer failed: Instead, the Libertine Wokists took advantage of natural American Libertarianism to "sneak in through the back door" and use that inch of Gay Marriage and Decriminalizing Sodomy to get themselves into K12. We're at a point where Teachers/Admins are grooming kids to be Transgender and deliberately and knowingly concealing it from Kids. And Politicians are assisting that.

It's time to take and use power.

The Founding fathers didn't say anything goes, they said Liberty with Virtue

Then rebel.

Be smart in how you rebel.

I want to create an off grid group of people who are like "fuck society". Unrealistic goal, but there are many like minded people. I think we have to withdraw from society, and let the rest of society, collapse. How to do this? It's going to take a lot of minds to figure that out, good ones, moral ones.
11   AmericanKulak   2022 Jul 31, 12:55pm

My take is somewhat different, though I encourage your idea to drop out if you're in a position to do so, it will only add pressure

I have dependents, both my kids and elderly parents, so I just can't vamoose. I also can't just start running around with an AK. I can however vote, sabotage in general, and get people motivated.

The destruction of the family and feminism, enshrined in law, were key to how we got here. It would never have been so had we still had the social structure of the 70s-80s, nevermind the 50s-60s or earlier. That and ennervating luxuries, which caused people to escape on Jetskies and Tech Toys instead of sitting and thinking. As well as the demand to be "Cool" and leave others alone. The wellbeing of society impacts me in meth heads busting windows and stealing shit, abused kids of single mom welfare hos, etc.

Much of the situation we're in, as David Horowitz said, is because Conservatives/Libertarians tend to take their ball and go home, seeking to avoid trouble and live and let live.

The rest is people in denial/escapism and those who are completely nuts on the new Religion of Woke/Endless Liberation.

I think what needs to be done is what our country used to do. Show a better way. Lead by example. No force.

REALLY the point of the Internet, as I saw it 30 years ago, was to bring on a new age of enlightenment. I get bogged down in politics and lies of politicians, why we ACTUALLY go to war and all that bullshit. Those are problems that I can't prevent, what I want to do is divorce myself from all this bullshit.

Look at the last 2 years of this "pandemic", "nitrogen" being a problem for farms suddenly, this global warming garbage.

The Amish were right in making a breakaway civilization hundreds of years ago. I don't think making a religious sect or cult is the solution, but look at our enormous technology and access to education we have today. Look at the unbelievable power we have today with computers. We can make a better world.

A think a new home has to be built, but it has to be entirely voluntary and not coercive.

Do you appreciate where we are today? A "poor person" has more access to knowledge and education, more access to travel and luxury than a king did in 1800. If you were the king of England in 1800, King George 111, you'd consider it squalor, and it was.

I've been to Mount Vernon as a kid. It was large, but primitive.

Really think about this, I'm writing basically a letter that reaches you in seconds, and I'm in Silicon Valley. Could this have been done in 1950? That's only 70 years ago. It couldn't have been done in 1980. In 1990 it could have been done if you were an academic or a researcher. In 2000 it was possible but you didn't think to do it.

This really is the "information super highway" but they're trying to turn it into another propaganda system. I think that can still be stopped, but not for everybody. The last 2 years have taught me that. There has to be a will to escape it.

Because marginalization and oppression are such valued commodities in liberal culture, liberals love to insist conservatism dominates, even though liberalism prevails in the key powerful sectors (media, tech, Hollywood, academia).

Wall St, too, overwhelmingly supported Biden...

Conservatives need to take over media, tech, Hollywood, academia in a systematic way, just as the leftists have done.

Media Hacks Pout As Republicans Treat Them Like the Trash They Are
Kurt Schlichter Posted: Aug 01, 2022 12:01 AM

The media is our enemy and it is wonderful to finally see Republicans treating reporters as what they are – digital vermin whose sole function is to shrimp the toes of the regime. There has been a rash of media handwringing because GOP superstars like Ron DeSantis are not allowing the media access to candidates or events. At the Sunshine Summit the other week in the Free State of Florida, Ruthless Ron and his superstar comms staff simply refused to allow the mutants in. Dave Weigel, apparently back on the job after his utter humiliation at the hands of some fussy girls at WaPo, was rejected and ejected and sat outside the velvet rope away from the action.

Good.

Our boy Brian Stelter – who is a potato – was tweeting about how the GOP was not talking to reporters or coming on their shows. We can assume it is probably another attack on democracy or something. This tuber tirade should make us smile.

Republicans are getting it. Finally.

For a while, the model was that glop of human Miracle Whip Mitt Romney, who was basically ritually disemboweled by the media during his hapless 2012 candidacy but now gets media hits because he will reliably hate on actual conservatives. We’re supposed to help them with their narrative, to assist them in promoting the donkey party line, but if we become a challenge we’re back to enemy status. John Fredo Cronyn got a little good press with his gun law sell-out, but now he’s the antichrist again.

Well, maybe that’s a bad analogy, since the media hate Christians and would think that was a compliment.

The media craves the respect and cooperation due an apolitical, neutral Fourth Estate dedicated to informing the citizenry, but it also wants the fun and rewards that come with slavishly repeating every regime talking point as if it was the objective truth. You cannot have that human petri dish of a president announce that we are not in a recession even though the literal definition of a recession is two quarters of negative growth, then nod vigorously that “Yes, of course the definition is not the definition, master” and expect us not to notice and hate you.

It’s especially fun when real journalists – aka Twitter randos who bother to actually research things instead of reading Democrat press memos – dig up old tweets where the same White House ventriloquist dummies were talking about a Trump recession because of two quarters of negative growth. And it’s best of all when the media hack explains that he was wrong back then, not now. He’ll be right again after 2024 though.

Have you ever noticed how all the media mistakes always go in one direction? It’s so weird.

The Republican refusal to cooperate with the media is a welcome beginning. Remember, the only reason the media interacts with conservatives is to attempt to cause damage to the GOP. Can they lie about a position? Make up a gaffe? Call the Republican a racist? The only reason a media figure ever has interview, quote or refer to a Republican is to harm the conservative movement. So give them nothing.

Of course, the game will be to put forward fake Republicans like whoever Alyssa Farrah is and the sexless neuters of The Bulwark. Of course, they can’t actually disagree with the left. You’ll get “The Conservatives Case for Abortion,” “The Conservative Case for Kamala,” and “The Conservative Case Against Conservatism.” But that’s different, and much less effective, than turning “Sure, I like George Washington” into “Republican Senator Joe Un-based Admits He Supports Slavery.”

The absence of the GOP in the media – no interviews, no comments, no appearances on their stupid shows – will have the effect of stripping away any pretense of balance and fairness. Now, that’s not important to us. We are based and fully understand that the media is our enemy. But normal people don’t. They need to see such overwhelming one-sidedness that they cannot deny or ignore it. We need to make the lib media race to the bottom until every talking head on MSNBC and every writer at WaPo is shouting her abortion – and his.

We want normal people who stumble upon the lib media to come to their own opinion that these people are freaks and weirdos and nothing they say has any credibility. We can yell about media hypocrisy all we want, and we should, but our complaints are much less convincing to regular people than their own experience. When normal people tune out too, the ratings and revenue drop, and the media’s influence declines.

When we retake power, we not only need to continue this process but expand it. No more White House press briefings. Record a video of administration talking points and post it on the web so any citizen can see it unfiltered. If the press has questions, they can email them in and maybe it gets an answer, maybe not. We have zero obligation to provide them a daily filmed forum for trying to make our conservative administration look bad.

“But what about the people’s right to know?” Pffft. What’s the media have to do with that?

We also need to take some further concrete steps to crush the media. NPR must be defunded. Enough subsidized propaganda for the Volvo and socialism set. And we need to rollback any tax breaks and antitrust exemptions for newspapers and such – they should pay their fair share! Also, leakers will suddenly materialize again once a Republican is in office. We need to clamp down on them and the people receiving stolen data too. Oh, and we need to leak stuff damaging to the left to conservative outlets.

Look, the media hates us and wants us disenfranchised and defeated. So, it only makes sense that we should want them destroyed utterly. Our goal needs to be nothing less than the total destruction of the alleged media. Yes, we want them to go bankrupt and we should cheer the frequent media lay-off announcements. What’s the big deal anyway – we’re not in a recession, right?

The Amish are pacifists, and they don't proselytize. A viable, growing alternate society is a mortal threat to the existing order, and will be extirpated by pedo globohomo overlords.
17   Hircus   2022 Aug 3, 6:15pm

Amish have broken traditions recently. Traditionally they've been primarily farmers, but their % farmers has been gradually declining for many decades. But I heard the economics of farming in recent years has done a sudden sharp number on them, as Big Farm has made it tough for them to compete and sell their excess crops to the market.

For those who keep farming, more and more they turn to machinery like combines and other stuff powered by petroleum so they can farm more acres, so they can turn a profit when competing with Big Farm. But they're now dependent on this tech and machines.

Many of them have turned to other businesses, like making furniture. But, since most Amish communities forbid electricity for most uses, they cant operate telephones, computers, websites etc... needed to sell their wares. So they team up with non-amish who handle that part of the business for them. But, once they do that, they're almost as dependent upon those technologies as if they used it themselves - a power outage will hurt them exactly the same.

Also, I've seen a lot of air powered shop equipment because electricity is forbidden. But, how do they get the compressed air? Diesel powered pumps, making them again dependent on the grid for petro and parts.

IMO it's a shame.

Still, I think if zombie apocalpyse ever happens, the Amish will be the few americans who flourish and thrive, as they have strong community and farming skills, and will be able to still feed themselves using horses and mules in their fields. Well...assuming they can protect their food from theft.

If the zombie apocalypse happens, I suggest you fly to your nearest Amish society, and offer protection in exchange for food and minimal shelter. Don't interfere with their community and respect their rules, I bet you'll do fine with them, but not the zombies so much.

If they refuse, don't become a zombie.

I'm pointing out that if they aren't open to it, and you face death as a result, die.

They made the right choice, you live and die with your choice.

I really respect them as a people. When I was young, I saw them as a bunch of religious nuts, at this age, they seem to have a lot of wisdom. If I approached a community and they rejected me, well, I'd absolutely abide by that.

Or get out of suburbs and cities. We live pretty freely where I'm at and it's fucking IL. No SJW bullshit in the schools. We don't have active police on duty during the hours most crime happens. The county will come, but that could take 10-15 minutes and we're likely waking our neighbor sheriff up while he's sleeping. We solve shit on our own. No major crimes since I've lived here.
