this reminds me a lot of what they did in Iraq. Constant stream of "Saddam is evil and needs to go" propaganda. The guys who do all the government propaganda here don't seem to change much. It's as if they just reuse templates or something. Fill in the blank, replace the names, send to newspapers and social media... get paid.

Kind of like a giant system built around cold war, that doesn't have a need to exist or just needs to reform itself.
