Putin is clearing the way for US ships. In Russian voice "You do what you need for Israel and I'll get out of the way." Russian ships are safe in the Baltic and there's no unintentional conflict. Putin knows we're not going to damage the base. They don't need ships there if they can't go through Turkey. There's nothing to defend and they know Trump is a Jew defender due to Jared and Ivanka.
