We are not turning blue only because Tejanos (that is Spanish speaking Texans) have started voting R. See map below - areas that shifted to blue are cities populated with idiot immigrants from CA, NY, IL; areas that shifted to red are Hispanics near border with Mexico. I think they became tired of 100 genders and shared bathroom crap, as well as of Biden cancelling oil (they work in oil and agriculture). If this shift continues, D's can kiss their asses goodbye, as Hispanics have 100 kids each and vote as families.
Edit: this relates to so-called tejanos who have lived in TX for 250 yrs. Many of recent immigrants from S. America vote differently, esp in cities.

We're considering leaving GA for FL. Desantis is doing a kick ass job and looks to stay red for a long time after this shit clears up.
The measure, which extends an executive order DeSantis signed in September, prevents local governments from fining folks who fail to mask up — and from ordering restaurants to close without public health or economic data to justify the move, according to clickorlando.com.
The order signals the Sunshine State’s move into “phase 3” of the pandemic — meaning restaurants, bars and salons will be allowed to reopen at full capacity, the outlet reported.
Florida’s relaxed enforcement plan comes as a second wave of COVID-19 slams the US, bringing the total number of deaths to more than 260,000 nationally — and prompting other states to add stricter safety regulations.
