NAR: NOT ACTUALLY REAL
I was waiting for NAR to "announce" that the market is returning. They have been announcing for how many years now? Really bright guys over there at NAR. They will eventually be correct, and then the fat cats will cry out like they are gods. Idiots. The should be trained for highway cleanup crews at 1/10th the salary.
Yep, there are good reasons stand behind it:
1. Stocks finish worst month of the year, mortgage rates keep going down;

2. A dozen European nations fell into double dip recession;

APOCALYPSEFUCK is Tony Manero says
If you don't see the potential ... growth in housing valuations in the next couple of years, you just hate prosperity and hate your kids and hate America.
Good point. Declining housing prices usually mean declining prosperity.
Buy in 2008! NAR said so.

"It is the perfect time to kick off the market!" Tell that to all the underwater homeowners of today.
Just goes to show how many realtors have lots of time on their hands to go to a rally in Washington. It sounds so much like a rally for Scientology it is crazy. Come to the rally and get free food and we will push government to keep the free credit train running.

NAR is evil!
now they're calling it a "rebound" instead of a bottom.
i guess when NAR has called a bottom 6 times in the last six years and was wrong every time, you have to reword it otherwise even the morons might catch on you have no idea what you're talking about.
Cool, finally rebounding because if NAR says so it must be true /sarcasm
