The law says bust him and all of the chaplains involved. Of course, if that is done, the draconian copyright law will attract national attention. If it isn't done, our federal "justice" system will be further exposed for what it is, a system for selective enforcement of often draconian laws for political reasons, but the vast idiocracy and their sensationalist "news" media won't notice that.
So, I suspect the latter will be done.
copyright law needs to be treated like trademark law in cases like this (you must defend it or lose it). then we'll see the laws change so they're a little more reasonable.
According to the NDAA, he's a terrorist and so are all the troops who distributed or accepted the DVDs.
