Right outside the main gate at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. I'm surprised someone didn't spray them with machine gun fire.

They're just hoping somebody punches them so they can sue for $$$.

Close. When a town interferes with their right to assemble, they can sue, and sometimes get legal fees. Also if somebody sues them, there can be fee shifting on appeal. They made a bundle when SCOTUS sided with them after they picketed a funeral. They do their own legal work, so it all goes to them. Also, they get donations from deluded fools.
