One of the main reasons is the expanded use of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to do the stuff that doesn't require a doctor, which is actually most of medical care.

And why are we now attributing some so called positives to ACA? When people on this same forum complained about the negative effects it was having, we were told to be patient, and wait and see what happens in a couple years, once the damn thing is actually implemented
