People are living in a desert, and using water to do things like filling swimming pools, growing lawns, and creating golf courses.

It should not matter how people use water if they pay for it. Feeding a family is no more noble than enjoying oneself.

We just need to charge everybody at full market price.

There is much that can be done. Recycling gray water may prove to be economical.
