Today's front-page Burbed article takes a Realtor's high-end luxury page (none of the properties are hers) and does the detail work on what happened to the homes after she compiled her list of ten properties. How quickly did they sell? The answer may Astonish some other people, but Patrick readers won't be in the least bit surprised in how the market reacted.

Silicon Valley is sometimes used as a synonym for Santa Clara County, California, but most people use it to describe where the tech businesses are located. Thus the definition has spread to southern San Mateo County and southern Alameda County as well. However, all ten properties on the agent's page are in Santa Clara County; in particular: Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and Palo Alto. One property is in Los Gatos Mountains in Santa Cruz County.
