yeah this place reminds me why I wasn't terribly excited to buy when I was looking around in 2001.
Price back then (without the extra 000s) was $600,000 or so.
$650,000 now though isn't so out of line.
Not if you want to live within cycling distance of Apple.
The average cost of ownership of this place in 2001 was $2,000/mo ($600,000 @ 7%) vs. $1500/mo now ($650,000 @ 4%).
$1500/mo for this is NOT out of line compared to rents.
