I would add one amendment - Drop dead in a manner that is highly entertaining to me.
A poor underclass wretch silently shuffling off his mortal coil is a waste. Giving up the ghost after being launched spaceward on a homemade trebuchet is quality entertainment.
If your very poor, just drop dead. I don't care about you. Your nothing but a drain on society and if I could, I would tie you to the roof of my car.
