Saw this home today at OH. The agent was very mad at me when I said, I have been looking for almost a year and could not find a home at good price. He is saying market is very hot and homes are getting sold for asking price that too with cash.
About this home, west facing, kitchen is small, hoa is huge, back yard is very small, attached home. Stairs face the main door, which is very bad.
