This is a total fixer (new roof, new drywall, kitchens bathrooms, needs termite work). But it is on a HUGE 19K sq ft. lot in a very desirable location in unincorporated Walnut Creek. You can have some livestock here. I'm guessing for about 50K, you could make it livable and maybe build a second unit for income or sale.

Warning: This house is back on the market after two pending sales. There were 8 offers. Mine was over the asking, I qualified for the loan, but they are still having another open house. I am guessing the asking price is a total hoax and they want well over 450K. I would never pay that for a plot of land. There are other build able lots with views (this one has zero view and is on a busy street) for less in the same area.

Already claimed two victims back in 2000 and than again in 2012. At best maybe $250K to reduce/elim the risk of foreclosure and actually keep the house you intended to own.

Yes, that's standard operating procedure in California. I just complained to the FTC about underpricing:

Lying about the number of offers is also standard operating procedure in California.

Are just trusting some realtor about the number of offers, or did you see actual evidence of other offers?

Yes. I just talked with my realtor who just threatened to report the listing agent to the DRE. My agent claims that the listing agent is holding out for a cash offer so he can get all of the commission. The LA is claiming that he must put it back on the market before submitting the remaining 6 offers. He told my agent last week that we were in 4th position, but now he claims we are in last position. Seems like a total scam.

Just wondering if I should complain myself and how do I do that?

I think you should compling to the DRE and document what happens on this forum.

It would be really interesting, and it would put a bit of pressure on them if you make it clear you are going to publicize their answer.
