I love the realtor talk here. I think what they are saying is "I am not holding another open house for this Mother, it has been almost 3 years and I am only listing this because the owner is a friend of mine". hehe

Also, I think the "WILL SELL FAST" has got to be a joke. This realtor actually has a sense of humor.
